Volume, space and light in this 110 sq.m villa, for 4/5, in a beautiful and quiet private residence planted with trees, guarded, including:
- 1 large living area-lounge (35 sq.m) with library, television, sofa bed,
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 1.60m, closet,
- 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds(3 possible),
- individual air-conditioning units in these 3 rooms,
- 1 fully equipped detached kitchen,
- 1 beautiful bathroom with washbasin, bidet, bath-shower,
- separate WC,
- large south-facing loggia,
- a shaded outdoor terrace where you can eat under the shade of centenarian cork oaks. Barbecue.
- The kitchen and the living area give a direct access to the terraces.
- 1 large community pool with a diving board and a paddling pool for children.
- Ping-pong table and table-football in the club,

Splendid large house overlooking the valley to the West of Collioure. Sparklingly clean with all amenities and even the pool due to close during our week was open and excellent. Mme Wendling was very gracious although our French was not great. We didn't walk in-probably 25 minutes uphill on the return journey and parking in Collioure is apparently possible if you get there before 10.30 and this was late September! Great restaurants and free parking in Port Vendres and Port Argeles with Perpignan, Banyuls good local day trips. Collioure is of course lovely. A pity so many people have discovered this!

A lovely villa, well supported by Claude, who was generous and extremely helpful with our transfer.Feasible without a car, with access to good local shops and markets (although this needs to be well-planned when it's hot).A wonderful area, with beaches to suit all times of day (we had particular ones for morning and evening bathing - and The Club for afternoon/siesta time).Super restaurants, I recommend Vermeil - Resto & Caveau, Paco and La Treille for tapas and wine.Excellent - book with confidence!

We spent a week in Collioure and enjoyed every minute. The flat is perfectly suited to visit the village either through a short walk or on a bicycle. Mme. Claude gave us a very warm welcome with some local specialties even though we arrived 3 hours late. The house is well equipped, rhe kitchen has everything that is needed to even prepare a lush meal. We would love to return and can only highly recommend this place. The bridge with the large road that is shown on the photos worried us but we can confirm earlier reports that you hardly hear it and we always slept well even with open windows

Une magnifique villa, très bien située, avec tout le confort, propre et bien entretenue. Elle est proche du centre ville, du port et des plages, des commerces et des restaurants, qu'on peut rejoindre à pied en dix minutes (mais attention au dénivellée pour le retour). Depuis la terrasse, la vue, de la mer jusqu'à la montagne, est splendide. La résidence est calme. C'est un lieu de départ idéal pour de nombreuses randonnées ou excursions. De plus l'accueil des propriétaires est excellent. Leur indication du site naturel de Paulilles, à quelques kilomètres, nous a été très utile pour trouver une plage paisible loin de l'agitation du centre de Collioure. C'est une villa familiale que nous recommandons à tous ceux et celles qui aiment la tranquilité tout en désirant profiter d'un lieu touristique très prisé.
