Collioure is a historic city located by the sea, close to Spain and the Pyrenees. This city known for its Church, its castle and its world renowned painters is also a seaside resort. The apartment is located in a quiet, leafy residential composed of small chalets Catalan 2 storeys. The residence is secured with video surveillance, a farm gate entrance. The opening is through the use of a remote control which is paid to tenants.
The apartment of 72 square meters is spacious, comfortable, well equipped and very quiet and cool. It is equipped with WI-FI .A small private courtyard, quiet, shaded, located behind the apartment is ideal for reading, rest or even nap.
For children the apartment is close to the beach without crossing a road.
The location of this apartment allows you to be in Collioure without using the car, everything can be done on foot.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms one with a double bed, the other with 2 beds 90 \ 180 overlooking the quiet courtyard. In one room there is an extra plus extra bed to another bed for child and a baby bed shaped umbrella.
The bathroom has 2 comfortable sinks, a shower cabin and a heated towel rack. A small window overlooks the courtyard.
The toilets are separated.
The living room has a sofa bed for 2, 2 fauteuis relaxed, a flat screen TV and a small table.
The dining area of the living room has a round table with 4 comfortable chairs plus extra chairs.

Arrivés pour le We de l’Ascension: chaleur et foule, nous avons choisi de visiter l’arrière pays moins prisé mais gagnant.Dans un rayon de 30km on peut se faire plaisir tous les jours.l’appartement est bien situé mais un rafraîchissement général serait le bienvenu.

Location conforme à la description, avec tout le nécessaire, résidence très calme avec parking, un plus en pleine saison. Proche du centre ville. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine. C’est une adresse à retenir

Nous avons apprecié l appartement spacieux ,propre et tres bien equipé.La proximité des commerces et du centre de Collioure sont un atout en plus.Pour les enfants pas de danger pour acceder a la plage. Seul petit probleme le refrigerateur ne ferme pas bien et la télévision ne fonctionne pas tres bien (peu de chaines et pas de tnt comme prevu dans le descriptif)mais ceci n altere que tres peu la qualité du sejour! Nous reviendrons sans hesiter!!
