"Its a nice apartment in a nice quiet area but still close to a beach. The shower is really good especially if you had a small child as it is long and there is room for a parent to wash a child."

Charmante maison ancienne typique de Royan. Appartement récemment rénové donc très propre et très bien équipé. Lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, électroménager, produits d’entretien, etc… rien ne manque. Grand parking privé très appréciable un week-end du 15 août.
Manque la climatisation car il faisait très chaud malgré les volets fermés la journée et avenue très passante et très bruyante à toute heure du jour et de la nuit. Difficile de dormir dans ces conditions. Dommage 😡

Emplacement au top, parking, appartement tout équipé, tout est pensé pour ne manquer de rien (jouets pour enfants, café, lessive…)

Un peu de bruit venant de l'avenue ( passage des voitures) quand fenêtres ouvertes , Sinon bien isolé Télécommande volet roulant du séjour un peu récalcitrante
