Très bien situé et assez calme. Location très lumineuse, bien équipé et propre. Proche de l’axe reliant Royan à Pontaillac pour se déplacer facilement.
L’odeur des communs avant de rentrer dans la location, qui heureusement ne rentre pas. Une odeur entre ordures, urine de chats et odeur de cigarette.

Emplacement proche plage du Chay, petits commerces de proximité, centre ville et port. Logement agréable, fonctionnel et très propre. Hôte réactif.
Forte odeur désagréable dans les parties communes. Manque un ventilateur en période de canicule. Le supplément pour les draps du couchage canapé n'était pas indiqué sur l'annonce.
