Description et situation de l'annonce tout-à-fait conformes. Maison et petit jardin extrêmement agréables. Etat neuf irréprochable. Ambiance claire, décoration simple mais soignée et de bon goût. Equipement complet. Environnement très calme avec cependant les commerces, bord de mer et centre ville à proximité. Propriétaire très sympathique et attentive au bien être des occupants. Location vivement recommandée.
