the place is very spacious, there is plenty of natural light inside, you can let the ocean air come in. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, the beach is a few minutes away, just across the street. We had an sun umbrella for the beach inside, and a few toys for the beach. There is a washing machine for the apartment upstairs. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen (as well as microwave, boiling pot, coffee machine with capsules, cookware, etc). Most of the things you may need are there.

it was difficult (but not impossible) to find free parking spaces, nearby. everyone wants to park close to the beach, so be prepared. On weekends and when it is sunny it becomes very crowded and hard to find a parking spot. the floor towels were wet and dirty when we arrived - probably a miss from the cleaning staff. But the apartment was clean. We washed them ourselves, not a big deal. some noise in the vicinity from the nearby restaurants - consider this if you have problems sleeping in tambourine sounds. Overall, we had a pleasant stay,

Apartment clean but no wine glasses and bedding was very poor standard .

The location is good. The showers were excellent and the apartment being new was bright and clean

The front bedroom is badly affected by loud music up until 3.30 am from bars. Sundays and Mondays The mattresses are uncomfortable and bedding poor quality The apartment had one wine glass no mats one tea cloth no pegs . No rack or browning plate so no oven just microwave. So not really suitable for a long term rental
