Sublime sea view frontline in Las Vistas

This is a great property for a stay in Tenerife. The apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable. It is in a quiet and safe ‘compound’. We often had the private pool to ourselves and if we wanted something else - there is a gate from the pool area directly onto the beach/sea front. It is located in a great part of the town with lots of places to eat and drink just a short walk away.

It was a bit of a squash for 5 of us - 3 adults and 2 children - but I knew it was 2 bed/2 bath when I booked it, so my own fault. It was tricky getting a buggy up the 2 flights of stairs to the apartment - but again - I saw that when I booked it.

Hard to beat location right on the Playa de las Vistas, close to bars and restaurants but quiet. Ample free parking space on the property (parking in Los Cristianos can be extremely hard, so not having to worry about finding a space is great). Apartment was clean, two bathrooms made the stay nice.

The apartment is small, good enough for 3 but it would be pushing it for 4. The furnishings are super flimsy, you can tell everything is made of the cheapest materials one can get. Kitchen split into two is impractical but looking at the floor plan of the unit, this was probably the trade-off of having a second bathroom. Pillow situation is bad - there is only 1 pillow per guest, they are small and thin. Linen are uncomfortable and have a synthetic feel. In addition to that, they had an extremely strong detergent smell on arrival. Get your bedding sorted, it would make a big difference with a small investment. Pool area is not very inspiring but we didn't mind as we swam in the ocean every day and lounged on the beach.

Location was good

Constant torture from the adjoining residence who made it very difficult and obvious that they didn’t like tourists in the property next to them.
