The best thing about this apartment is its location. From the large balcony, there is a direct view of Los Cristianos Beach and part of the harbor. It is the perfect apartment for two couples, featuring two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms—one of which is equipped with a washing machine. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could want; nothing is missing. There is cutlery, dinnerware, a fridge, an induction cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a mixer, as well as a dining area. There is a single TV in the living room (which shares the space with the kitchen), and the internet connection is good. We didn't encounter anything that caused us any discomfort. There is also an elevator. We found the apartment to be very clean. It is a 5–10 minute walk from the bus stop that serves the airport route; you can also catch the bus back to the airport from the same spot. Bus number 40 costs €3.50 per person per trip, and you can pay the driver directly. On the beach, two sun loungers and an umbrella cost €9, though you can also sunbathe directly on the sand if you bring your own gear. For dining out, there are dozens of places with reasonable prices; a 500ml draft beer is €2, and cigarettes are €6.50 a pack (or €3.50 a pack if you buy a carton of 10). Perfumes are cheaper than in airport duty-free shops, though it pays to check prices at several different perfumeries, as you can find the same fragrance for 20–30% less. Clothing prices are also good; there is a mall about 2 km away where you can find discounts. All in all, it is an ideal place to spend your vacation. The best part is the climate. In June, temperatures didn't exceed 24–25°C during the day and were around 19°C at night; coming from the mainland, where it was 35–38°C, it felt like paradise. We will definitely return and would like to stay in the same apartment.

We didn't like the fact that we had to leave after just 12 days; we would have liked to stay for a month.

Ce serai sympa s’il y avait la climatisation pour pouvoir garder les fenêtres fermées. (Bruit de rue, moustiques)

Location is great and the apartment is really nice.

It's not the best choice if you like to sleep. One bed is short even for me and I'm 1m65cm while the other one is 2 beds stuck together that always try to move away from each other. It's also really noisy in the area.

Prima locatie met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Levendige buurt op slechts 3 minuten lopen van het strand maar toch weinig overlast van lawaai. Groot genoeg voor 4 personen met 2 badkamers en 2 toiletten ; van harte aanbevolen

Parkeer gelegenheid; kon alleen bij de haven maar wel prijzig.
