Het meest beviel de locatie.
Het appartement mag zeker schoner. De afzuiging op de badkamer zal vol troep en in de badcel was schimmelvorming. Daarnaast, en waarschijnlijk door de omgeving (dieseluitstoot van de veerboten en de drukke toegangsweg naar de haven) lag het balkon constant vol met zwarte vlokken die je dan vervolgends door het hele huis had liggen door het in- en uitlopen. Op blote voeten lopen was geen optie en de zelfs de zolen van onze schoenen zaten vol met die troep.
