I recently stayed at this stunning three-bedroom apartment in Arona, Los Cristianos, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and surrounded by charming local spots. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instruction video provided ahead of time, and the apartment’s modern amenities made our week-long stay effortless. The sea views from the balcony and terrace were the highlight of our trip! Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying sunset cocktails while soaking in the private pool. The pool was impeccably clean and spacious, a fantastic spot for our family (2 adults + 1 teenager) to relax after exploring the area. The apartment itself is beautifully equipped for families. The three-bedrooms provided plenty of space, and the fully stocked kitchen (with a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine) made meal prep a breeze. We loved the outdoor dining area for breakfasts under the sun and the cozy sitting area for evening TV. Every detail, from the tile floors to the thoughtful extras like a washing machine and hairdryer, added to the comfort. Special mentions: Private bathroom with a bidet—a lovely touch often missing in rentals. Non-smoking policy ensured the space felt fresh and welcoming. Friendly contact support. We’ll definitely recommend this gem to friends planning a trip to Arona. Whether you’re here for the sea views, a dip in the private pool, or just a stress-free family getaway, this apartment checks all the boxes!

Not trying to be picky, the pillows are good, but I'm used to smaller pillows.

The location was fantastic. Pool and gardens were lovely.

The noise from the street area behind two of the bedrooms was awful. The bins were emptied before 0700 most mornings. There is little to no sound proofing in the windows. Only one tea towel provided. No hand towels. Three dishwasher tablets. Three washing tablets. The mat in the kitchen is a trip hazard. When we lifted it, broken tiles were exposed. No instructions for bins ie how to separate the items. Duvets - no covers on them, and only two. Other was just a throw. I had to fold the throw three times to stay warm. Bath mat - too small, slippery & non absorbant. Shower tray in front bathroom very slippery - needs a non slip mat. Wifi instructions not left in apartment. No toilet roll holder in bathroom. Safety deposit box - no instructions. Communication with management company very poor. They kept insisting I should fill in a pre arrival form that wasn't fit for purpose - the country/nationality field could not be populated. I tried a phone and tablet, and my cousin did the same. It was extremely stressful. And even though they said they'd fix it, they were even messaging me after I landed in Tenerife to say I couldn't access the apartment until I had completed it. It was only after I threatened to report to booking.com and seek a charge back that they accepted our passport details. I asked for a recommendation for a left luggage company. They said they'd send a link. 48hrs later I had to message again to ask for it. They knew we were checking out at 1100 on the Saturday and needed to store our luggage that afternoon. Yet they recommended a company that closed at 1300 on Saturdays.
