Amazing location

Location
Unhelpful Lack of communication from host, Said they will meet us at apartment but didn’t turn up and we had to ring them and then they sent us access information. They could have sent this before instead of us waiting around outside for them.
Host also very slow to respond to messages .
Says that a safe is included but it’s not and when asked about it host just said it’s not included. It is on the list of room ammenities listed
Very noisy apartment over shops , too much noise to sleep past 7am .
Main bedroom has only 1 window and it’s onto the lift hallway with a shutter that wouldn’t open. Room was very dark all the time.
