Cozy main square and beachfront 3-bedrooms apartment

Апартаменты отличные! 3 минуты до пляжа! Быстрый доступ. Внутри уютно, на кухне всё есть для приготовления пищи, удобные кровати. Кому надоело гулять и купаться на пляже тот может включить кондиционер и посмотреть большой телевизор. Кстати о кондиционерах, они есть в каждой из трёх спален а так же в гостиной! В общем нам, не привередливой семье, всё понравилось!

Можно повесить более плотные шторы в гостиной и установить микроволновую печь на кухне, но мы легко справились без этого.

Schlüsselbox war sehr einfach. Gastgeber hat schnell geantwortet. Drei separate Schlafzimmer waren für uns entscheidend. Auch ein zweites WC war gut und wichtig. Preis-Leistung hat gepasst.

Das Apartment war kleiner als auf dem Bild. Im Treppenhaus leider unangenehmer Geruch. In der Wohnung und Treppenhaus Ungezieferproblem. Das Balkongeländer nicht ganz stabil.

Posizione fantastica a due passi dalla spiaggia posto carinissimo tranquillo con tutti i servizi comodi e contornato da ottimi ristoranti. Appartamento ampio con tutte le comodità necessarie veramente Ottimo lo consiglio anche per famiglie la spiaggia è ampia con sabbia. A 10 minuti parcheggio gratuioto dove laciare comodametne l'auito

The location of the apartment was great, had a very small sea view from the side of the building. Bath and hand towels were supplied by the host, although a few bath sheets would have been helful. There is a lift in the building which was handy although its small. The host was responsive sent us details of local buses to get to Siam Park and lockers to use for our luggage on departure day as our departure was not till later in the day. The host was great in responding to concerns raised, they did arrange for someone to come and disinfect the apartment. Unsure if someone did attend, as no information was left with regards to chemicals used area cleaned etc or precaution information. Dispite this we did still see small bugs in the kitchen.

Hot water was not great for a family of five adults, water seem to run out quick after one and a half showers. We struggled to work out the tiny boiler presumed it refilled as the water was used. Meaning having to keep waiting for the water to refill and heat up. The down side to the location of the aprtment was the noise at night, due to being so close to local restaurants under the aprtment block and to the side of the apartment. The smell of food in the aprtment from the fish restaurant underneith was not great. There is a club (The Green Club) underneith the aprtment block people coming and going all times of the evening / night. People shouting in the street when leaving the club. Cars and motorbikes were parked to the rear of the aprtment, motorbikes were loud late at night when leaving. Unfortunetly we had what looked like tiny cockroaches in the kitchen around the cooker hob. We had one reasonable cockroad on the tile in the kitchen. Four days into our holiday there was a dead cockroach by the lift which was not cleaned up in the time we was staying there. Not sure who maintains the cleaning of this building, we did not see anyone. Also no bins at the aprtment to dispose of rubbish. We had to walk to the street bins (collection area) to dispose of any rubbish.
