Komfortable Wohnung, mehr Sauberkeit wäre schön

Sehr gute Lage, gute Ausstattung. Alles da, was man für eine Ferienwohnung braucht. Parkplatz inklusive vor dem Haus. Schöne Bettwäsche, warme Bettdecken. Große Regen-Dusche und kleine Badewanne vorhanden.

Es ist kein Haus, sondern eine Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss. Etwas mehr Sauberkeit in den Ecken und unter dem Bett hätten wir schön gefunden. Wasserkocher haben wir erst mal entkalkt. Spiegel im Bad waren staubig und auf der Trennwand zur Badewanne noch Zahnpastaspritzer vom Vorgänger. Bei Ankunft hatten wir 17,5 Grad in der Wohnung. Die Fußbodenheizung brauchte bis zum nächsten Morgen, damit es richtig warm wurde. Vermieter wohnt im Obergeschoss, begrüßt Gäste aber nicht und zeigt sich auch nicht. Frage nach dem Standort der Mülltonne wurde schriftlich beantwortet. Man könnte kommunikativer sein. Fazit: Für den Preis im Winter okay. Bei 75 Euro Kosten für Endreinigung erwarte ich entsprechende Sauberkeit beim Eintreffen.

Die Lage direkt hinter den Dünen

Viel zu großer Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe, sehr viel Autolärm, Tagestouristen , die mit dem Parksystem nicht zurecht kamen. € 50,00 Gebühr für einen Tagesplatz. Totale Abzocke!!!!Etwas weiter kostet der Platz nur € 16,50.

Problemloser Aufenthalt in einer komfortablen, modernen Wohnung.

Wohnung sehr modern mit allem, was man braucht. Großer, schöner Esstisch. Toilette wie von anderen schon bemerkt klein aber völlig ok. Bad hat mittlerweile eine Milchglastür. Außerordentliche ruhige Lage, man schaut auf die Dünen und ist sofort am Strand aber auch im Ort.

Die Sauberkeit war ok, aber gerade in den Ecken, im Bad und unter den Betten entsprach das nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Jetzt im Februar war der Preis ok, später dann sehr teuer.

Mit kleinen "Abstrichen" ein schöner Urlaub in Strandnähe

Das beste an dieser FEWO ist die Lage direkt an den Dünen. Man kann morgens mit seinem Kaffee zu Hogehil hoch und den herrlichen Ausblick genießen. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat in den Schlafzimmern viel Stauraum. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse hat über weite Teile des Tages Sonne und man hat einen eigenen PKW Parkplatz. Die sehr geräumige Dusche ist ein großes Plus.

Insgesamt empfanden wir die Gesamtausstrahlung der Wohnung etwas "kühl". Unsere bisherigen Domizile haben wir irgendwie etwas "kuscheliger" empfunden, was aber evtl. an der direkten Strandnähe liegt. Ganz klarer Nachteil ist der wenige Stauraum und die Beengtheit am Waschbecken bzw. in dem Toilettenräumchen. Ein etwas übergewichtiger Mensch dürfte dort tatsächlich Probleme bekommen.

Moderne Ferienwohnung nah am Strand

Die Wohnung ist modern und ansprechend eingerichtet.bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir frische Blumen auf dem Tisch vor. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Lage ist einzigartig, direkt hinter dem Deich, sehr nah am Strand von Hoge Hil und auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und Wandertouren. Es gibt eine separate Anschliessmöglichkeit für Fahrräder, allerdings nur draußen.

Es ist kein Ferienhaus, sondern eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Ferienhauses, oben wohnen die Eigentümer. Es gibt kein abgeschlossenes Bad und somit keine Privatsphäre, bis auf das WC. Es war sehr ungepflegt ums Haus und auf der Terrasse. Es gibt zwar einen privaten Parkplatz direkt am Haus aber der ist so ungünstig gelegen an einem großen Parkplatz, so das man sehr schlecht ein- und ausfahren kann, wenn neben der Einfahrt Autos stehen.

Preis-Leistung passt hier leider nicht.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt toll direkt hinter der Düne. Man kann auch den Ort schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super. Die Betten waren bequem.

Leider war es nicht sauber in der Wohnung. Unter den Betten und in den Ecken war es sehr staubig, im WC war blauer Reiniger im Waschbecken und drumherum. Die Fenster waren dreckig. Sand war auf den Stühlen.
