- very clean - relatively spacious for the short stay of 2 persons - close ro the ocean - free parking nearby - easy checkin checkout, key management

- kitchen is very clean but tiny and no basics like salt and oil. It’s ok if you foresee that and buy in advance

I liked: - The location - good customer support - they solved my parking problem

- I spent there 5 days and they never cleaned the room - The never empty the trash of my room and bathroom - the shower wall was full of mold - there was also a thing to swept the water away in the shower and this thing was full of mold too

i have spent several hours , messages, calls with the hotel and booking.com because i was double charged. one from booking.com one from hotel. finally it is being resolved, expecting payments after three weeks… all the joy we had there left with the stress of refunding tracking

An OK - and better priced than most during this period- Place to stay in Domburg

Location was great, very close to the beach and parking

Lights too weak and generally too dark , mattress too soft I was drowning in it, not enough toilet paper, no shampoo, no basic cleaning (eg of the floors) during the stay.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Staff and / or owner are very supportive and attentative and friendly "online" and via email - we did not meet the host in person.

I do not like digital keys for the room and no personal contact - it lacks hospitality - but that is part of the new world..... I will just travel less if it becomes the norm.

The access to the appartment was very good and close to shops and restaurants.

The mattress wasn't comfortable due to double mattress being used. The lighting inside the room could be improved..it was quite dark.

Convenient apartment close to the centre and beach.

The location is close to the centre of Domburg and only a short stroll from the beach. Places to eat (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are almost "round the corner". The main supermarket is a 10-minute walk. The apartment has all modern conveniences but don't forget to bring detergents for washing up.

Do ask what is provided before arriving. We had to bring our own shower gel.

the entrance code was e-mailed to us. The room was comfortable and clean. There was an elevator to the second floor. Free parking nearby. The location was perfect, walking distance to the town centre.

Some beds had a topper others didn’t and were too soft, chairs on the balcony were damaged so it damaged clothing! WiFi was down for 3 days! (Not good if you rent a space with WiFi to work too and have important calls to make) and not fixed when we left.

Die Lage zentral in Domburg ist gut.

Einfachste Ausstattung, die Schlafzimmer so klein, dass man kaum ums Bett herumgehen kann, die Fenster der Schlafzimmer waren nicht zu öffnen und gingen nach innen zum Hausflur! mit einer dünnen Gardine versehen. Wir haben das sofort telefonisch reklamiert - es ist niemand vor Ort - und nach längerer Diskussion ein anderes Appartement erhalten, bei dem wir wenigstens Fenster zur Straße hin hatten. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach, der Esstisch ist ein Metall-Campingtisch, kalte Metallstühle. Das Appartement ist für 4 Personen, es gab 3 Kaffeetassen! Auf dem schwarzen Teppichboden sieht man jeden Krümel, es gibt aber keinen Staubsauger oder gar Kehrblech und Besen, entsprechend sieht es ab Tag 2 aus. Das Appartement ist aus unserer Sicht nichts für einen schönen Urlaubsaufenthalt. Einige Appartements haben sich Männer auf Montage geteilt.

Die Lage, das Gebäude an sich, schön renoviert

Im Appartement 12 gab es nur ein minimum von Besteck und Gläsern. Es gab nur 2 ( nicht mal gleiche Löffel) und so wars auch bei den Gläsern. Da muss neu aufgefüllt werden. Sonst alles super!

Il n'y a pas d'armoire pour les vêtements (seulement un système de cases) Il y a une table en alu long sous le téléviseur qui se prête très mal pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. On a dû payer 8,50 Euro pour recevoir des draps de bains fraiches après trois jours.

Gute Unterkunft - mit Abstrichen

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Der Check-in mit dem elektronischen Schlüssel hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Dies ist vor allen Dingen vorteilhaft, wenn man später am Abend anreist. Es gibt zudem einen physischen Schlüssel im Appartement. Zudem war ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Wir waren zunächst in Appartement 4. Das Bett dort war sehr bequem. Jedoch ließen Ausstattung (keine Gabeln, kein Schneidebrett, kein frischer Spülschwamm) und Sauberkeit des Appartements zu wünschen übrig. Zudem waren einige Dinge defekt. Dies haben wir entsprechend reklamiert. Auf unsere Reklamation hin wurde sofort reagiert (sehr gut!) und uns der Umzug in ein anderes Appartement 13 ermöglicht. Dieses war groß und die Punkte zur Ausstattung und Sauberkeit, die wir zuvor bemängelt hatten, wurden direkt berücksichtigt. Leider fehlten hier dann andere Dinge (Bratpfanne, ein kleines Schneidemesser für Obst/Gemüse, nur 1 Kochtopf). Das Bett war bereits etwas durchgelegen. Das WLAN-Signal ist ständig abgebrochen (Repeater?). Die Appartements sind zudem nicht für Allergiker geeignet (Teppich + Tierhaltung erlaubt). Der Punkt mit der Tierhaltung steht auf der Internetseite der Unterkunft. Das mit dem Teppichboden hängt dann vom jeweiligen Appartement ab. Insgesamt hat man den Eindruck, dass man durchaus bereit ist, einen guten Service liefern zu wollen und mit dem modernen "Chic-Standard" mithalten möchte. Es hapert jedoch noch an den Basics und der strukturellen Umsetzung (regelmäßige Inventarkontrolle bzw. insgesamt Kontrolle der Appartements). Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft daher aus den o.g. Gründen bedingt weiter.
