About this apartment rental

The apartment Lotte was almost completely rebuilt at the beginning of 2018. The location of the apartment is ideal: on a quiet side street in the center of Domburg and at the same time close to the beach and sea (about 200 meters distance). On your terrace you can feel the healthy sea air and listen to the waves.
In this place you will feel right at home.

The restaurants and shops in the center are only about 100 meters away. The dune and forest area "De Manteling", where you can walk without end, starts about 500 meters from the apartment.

Domestic equipments:
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, which can be made into a double bed (1.4 x 2.0 meters) in a short time. Also there is the dining area with (up to) four chairs. Of course there is a flat screen TV where you can receive German television.

Wide doors lead you to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun in the summer until the evening.

The large and modern kitchen has u. A. over fridge (with freezer), dishwasher and plenty of storage space.

Next to the living room / kitchen there is the bedroom with two comfortable single beds and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Tolles Apartment! Auch für das 2 jährige Enkelkind ist genügend Platz gewesen (Hochstuhl und Reisebett waren vorhanden). Die kleine Terrasse war für sie ein gefahrloser Bereich! Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Das Appartement ist recht liebevoll eingerichtet. Etwas störend war der fehlende Strom im Badezimmer, und eine kleine Vorrichtung auf der im Verhältnis recht großen Terrasse zum Trocknen von Handtüchern u Badesachen wäre schön gewesen, im großen und ganzen haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Lage ist großartig, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war freundlich, vor der Reise gestellte Rückfragen wurden schnell beantwortet.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen: Zentral gelegen, Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft, für zwei Personen gut geeignet, Küche gut ausgestattet, Außenbereich voll ok. Einziger Änderungsvorschlag: Wenn die Sonne scheint, wird es in der Wohnung sehr warm. Tagsüber kann man beide Türen - Eingangstür und Wohnzimmertür - öffnen und der Wind bläst durch. Abends/nachts allerdings haben wir die Möglichkeit vermisst, Kippfenster zu öffnen, so dass auch im abgeschlossenen Zustand aller Türen und bei regnerischem Wetter die Luft in der Wohnung zirkulieren kann. Die Lüftungsschlitze in der Türe zum Freisitz bringen nicht viel ... da wäre eine Nachbesserung super. Trotz dieses Verbesserungsvorschlags: Volle Zufriedenheit!!!

Leider können wir hier maximal 3 Sterne vergeben. Für eine Familie mit Baby und Kleinkind ist das Appartement viel zu klein. Wir nehmen an, dass die Gesamt m2-Zahl die Terrasse beinhaltet. Diese ist übrigens ziemlich lieblos gestaltet. Außerdem kam es im Bad kein Licht (oder es war kaputt) und roch nach Abwasser, da es auch kein Fenster gab. Wir mussten mit offener Badezimmertüre zum Schlafzimmer duschen, da man sonst nichts gesehen hätte. Für den Gesamtpreis, den wir letztendlich bezahlt haben, hätten wir entweder ins Hotel können, oder in eine deutlich größere Wohnung.

Gemütlich und super Lage

Die Fewo liegt super, weil sehr nah zu Strand und Ort, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Auch der eigene Parkplatz ist praktisch, v. a. am Wochenende, wenn auch im Herbst viel los ist in Domburg. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man braucht. Vielen Dank, komme gerne wieder!
