Für uns perfekt.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Ein, zwei Unstimmigkeiten. Gastgeber war zu erreichen, hat sich direkt gemeldet und auch direkt reagiert und alles behoben.

Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war reichlich Geschirr und Kochutensilien da . Die Schlafzimmereinrichtung war geschmackvoll, die Möbel neu und die Matratzen gut . Alle Decken und Kissen waren sauber . Die Dusche war toll , es hat Spaß gemacht.

Leider war bei Ankunft das Haus nicht geputzt. Eine etwas schnippische Antwort der Vermieterin, das könnte ja mal passieren fand ich unangebracht. Der Aussenbereich ist nicht schön , der Zugang sehr ungepflegt und abends nicht beleuchtet und dunkel , nebenan eine große Baustelle .Das Sofa ist abgenutzt. An einem Tag bekam ich plötzlich eine WhatsApp, ich hätte einen unangemeldeten Hund dabei . Der Ton war nicht ok, ich kam mir vor , wie ein Verbrecher . Ich hatte meinen Hund ordentlich angemeldet. Ja, es steht, dass der Parkplatz nicht am Haus wäre . Ich würde das aber nicht mehr buchen, ich fand das bei der Ankunft und Abfahrt unpraktisch.

De locatie is top! In 5 minuten bij het strand en centrum Domburg

De bouwwerkzaamheden waren minder, daardoor vroeg wakker We hadden de pech dat de bouwvak al voorbij was Het huis is heel compleet, miste alleen een wasrek om je natte badkleding op te kunnen hangen

Der Baulärm hat natürlich den ansonsten schönen Urlaub stark beeinträchtigt.

Ausstattung und Lage sehr gut

Direkt neben dem Ferienhaus wurden weitere Häuser gebaut. Spätestens um 8.00 Uhr begann an allen Werktagen der Baulärm (z.B. Bohren, Hämmern, Krangeräusche). Deshalb konnten wir morgens nicht ausschlafen, mittags kein Mittagsschläfchen halten und tagsüber die Terrasse nicht benutzen, die nur durch einen schmalen Fußweg von der Baustelle entfernt liegt.

Geweldig

Alles zag er zeer netjes uit, goed schoongemaakt. Overal stond een zeeppompje om te gebruiken, heel netjes! Bedden lagen lekker. De optie voor beddengoed was heel fijn. Auto mocht op een vergunninghouders parkeerplaats worden geparkeerd. Goed geregeld!

Das Badezimmer und die Toilette

Die Kommunikation einfach grauenhaft! Auf e-mails bzw. SMS wird einfach nicht geantwortet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher gegen Aufpreis bestellt. Als wir eintrafen, waren diese nicht vorhanden. Nach Klärung per Telefon wurde dann alles nach- geliefert. Allerdings hat mir der Ton nicht gefallen, nach dem Motto, wäre ja meine Schuld da ich nicht bestellt hätte. Meine e-mail hat die Vermieterin dann gefunden, es kam aber auch keine Entschuldigung! Da man ja in Domburg sehr schlecht parken kann, sollte ich mein Kennzeichen vorher mitteilen, was ich dann auch getan habe. Man darf dann auf verschiedenen Parkplätzen, welche ich per Link erhielt, kostenfrei parken. Eingezeichnet waren 7 Parkplätze, aber nicht der Standort der Ferienwohnung! Ich musste dann im Auto sitzend erstmal alle Parkplätze in das Navi eingeben, um den nächsten zur Ferienwohnung zu finden. Am nächsten Tag hatte ich dann den Hinweis eines Strafzettels unter dem Scheibenwischer, welcher mir jetzt nach Hause geschickt wird!! Nach mehreren Versuchen dann endlich die Vermieterin erreicht, die mir zusicherte, sie würde die Strafgebühren übernehmen und das wäre alles überhaupt kein Problem. Ich bat sie dann, mir eine Bestätigung für die Übernahme weiterer Strafzettel/Abschleppen per SMS zu senden, allerdings habe ich diese nie erhalten. So musste ich das Auto auf einem ca. 750 m entfernten kostenfreien Parkplatz abstellen. Zur Lage der Ferienwohnung sollte man doch seinen Gästen fairerweise mitteilen, dass sie direkt an einer Baustelle liegt und der Schlaf um 7.15 Uhr beendet ist. Die Küche ist ganz ordentlich, allerdings sollte man mal etwas Geld in neue Pfannen investieren, da sich die Teflon- beschichtung mehr oder weniger verabschiedet hat, was ja nicht gerade gesundheitsfördernd ist. Unterkunft hatte einen kleinen, nicht einsehbaren und mit einem Tor versehenen Innenhof. Das Tor besitzt ein Schloss, man erhält aber keinen Schlüssel. Alles in allem waren wir sehr enttäuscht !
