In a beautiful location with a wonderful private terrace overlooking the stunning gardens, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Surrounded by lovely walks and within easy walking distance of the charming village of Boot and the marvellous Boot Inn which serves excellent food if you want a break from self catering.
Nothing it was tremendous and the owners were extremely helpful and friendly.

It was a beautiful and clean property with fabulous gardens and surroundings
Nothing! We just hasn’t realised how remote it was and imagined we could visit near by towns more easily

The property was great, clean and well provided for, the location was amazing, beautiful gardens with the river at the bottom, weather enabled us to sit out on the balcony taking in the sights and sounds. Holly the dog loved it too.
We loved the property, took a couple of nights getting used to a much firmer mattress than we are used to.
