For those who were wondering, the sofa bed now does have an over mattress and it was very comfortable, the memory foam pillows too. The host was nice, prompt, and the instructions made it easy to check in and familiarize with the property. Wifi works great and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. The place was warm, clean and quiet.
It's not a complaint on my side - the windows face the east and I love it when the sun shines in. But just a heads up for those who want to sleep late and don't tolerate any light in the morning (there's light blocking curtains anyway). On that note, at first I wished the windows were facing the lake, but silence beats views. On the other side of the building the ducks do sing the song of their people most of the day 😅

Nice area, very modern cozy studio, finishing touches were very nice , the kitchen was well equipped.Very nice modern bathroom.property was very clean and well maintained .
Sofa bed was a bit small for 2 adults .

Sehr sauber, alles da, was man braucht: Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, Töpfe auch Salz, Zucker da. Perfekt! Die Lage auch ok, nahe Ozas.
Mikrowelle wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Da wir den Backofen abends wegen eine Kleinigkeit nicht einschalten wollten.
