Potential fine place to stay, but must read the fine print on terms and charges.

The apartment looks good and is roomy and all basic expectations are provided in limited way. The wife of the host is very helpful and his son was the only one who can talk with us in English. Both hosts do not have ample English, but we were able to have some basic understanding.

The first thing we noticed is that the linen and towels were old used and with bad smell, which was funny because the main problem was that the owner added high additional costs for cleaning and charges which duplicated the booking agreement and was asking for cash because they said they did not have the agreement with booking for payment. They did show us that in fine print these extra charges were in the original agreement, with cleaning entered twice for 2 days stay, again showing the intent was not hospitality but getting the most by listing the booking as good value. Hosting is not an opportunity for milking gusts but an opportunity to earn money from satisfied guests, which is good for business and future popularity. We simply had problems with entering because of improper keys to the gate, and after much time we were able to access the wifi and too much time was spent on the disagreement about the price and payment, so we had asked for cancellation of our 2 days stay and the future stay we had booked with this hosts, so we ended staying only 1 day from 3 and had to pay in cash we had for our other traveling costs (Because we had budgeted to keep paying by my Canadian credit card as we have been doing for many years ob booking's services. We were also sorry to find out that the owner was in hospital for special care which prevented us from meeting with him, but he did his best from the hospital bed and we thanked his rel wonderful wife and oldest son for dealing with the problems we had to deal with which were disappointing to them as well as ourselves. Again I had explained to the oldest son, that Hospitality is making the guests feel welcomed — for success in this business. My hope, is that the owners will learn from my report to supply at least 2*-3* rate towels and linen and charge one cleaning charge per stay, maybe have some basic hosting coffee and even basic supplies like cooking oil salt and paper type of supplies that travelers may need.

The apartment itself is good and spacious. Location also is good. But the bad communication and lack of cleanliness ruins it.

I did not like few things. First of all during the order I did not see full price so the final price almost doubled. The owner explained that it is not his but booking.com problem. Looking in more detailed price you can see additional fees that are not included in main price. I missed it. So keep in mind when ordering. Second - appartment itself is good but it should be cleaned properly. What killed me it is dirty smelly slippers left inside wardrobe which are designed for one time use. See the photo. Very unpleasant. As the spider webs on the lamp or used sponge in the bathroom. I talked to owner about this but to my disappointment he was in complete denial that it is wrong. Well it is. It is disrespect to your clients. I am not talking about that it is pandemic write now in the world - Covid 19 - so hygiene is important or very important. There are very few bad quality hangers in the appartment so there is nowhere to hang your clothing. Final - the bill. Ask bill in advance before payment since it is only cash option. I had to have a discussion with the owner to enforce him to write me a bill because he was requesting to give my feedback first.

Venkite šios vietos – nešvaru ir visiškai neverti sumokėtų pinigų.

Kieme bėgiojančios voverės. Patogi lova.

Įėjus į patalpas tvyrojo nemalonus, senovinis kvapas. Visur matėsi voratinkliai. Patalynė buvo nelyginta, atrodė taip, lyg kažkas joje jau būtų miegojęs prieš mus. Langai purvini, o už jų – sumestos padangos ir plytos. Tikrai gaila sumokėtų pinigų ir niekada čia nebegrįšiu. Be to, atsiskaitymo reikalavo grynais, pinigus liepė palikti ant stalo išvykstant. Sąskaitos, į kurią galėčiau pervesti pinigus, negavau, o Booking.com taip pat nieko nenuskaičiavo.

Ruhige Lage in einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück, freundliche Vermieterin, viel Platz, bequeme Betten, gute Anbindung an Öffentlichen Nahverkehr in die Innenstadt

Feuchtes Raumklima, schlecht zu lüften; die Küche ist relativ schmuddelig und bescheiden ausgestattet. Der Rest der Wohnung ist sauber und auch recht gut ausgestattet (wenn man den Stil mag). Für 2 Nächte war es absolut ok. Wir hätten alles in allem mit 7,5 bewertet, aber da das nicht möglich ist, geben wir eine 8.

Vieta arti Santarų klinikų. Gražus kiemelis, pakankamai rami vieta.

Siaubingas higienos ir švaros trūkumas. Vabalai pataluose ir gyviai patalynėje. Ypač nerekomenduojame apsistoti su mažais vaikais ar kūdikiais. Buvome su 5 mėnesių kudikiu, tai nors ir turėjome savo lovytę, tačiau vistiek sugebėjo kažkas sukandžioti vaiką. Tai ne gana kad laukėm vizito pas gydytojus kitą dieną, tai dar ir gavom papildomų problemų su įkandimais/isberimais. Suaugusieji irgi buvo išberti nuo įkandimų. Visose patalpose neišvedinamas pelėsio kvapas (bandėm ilgai laikyti atidarytus langus), tai alergiškiems ar jautresniems kvapams, visiškai nerekomenduojame. Tvarkos trūko visur, nuo patalynės iki virtuvės. VABALAI LOVOJE ir visur. Nėra niekur užuolaidų, todel esi kaip ant padėkliuko. Lova girgžda, čiužinys matęs gal ir karą su mirtimi... Žodžiu, vieta tinkama visiškai nereikliems ir savo sveikatos netausojantiems žmonėms. Nesam reiklūs, bet mažų mažiausiai kokybiško poilsio ir higienos žmogiškai norisi, tačiau vietoj to gavome streso ir bemiegės nakties kainą.
