Good location of the place, free parking, kind welcoming, great price-performance, simple and comfortable pillows.
Evening was quiet, not a lot of traffic going by, sound isolation was pretty good, did not hear birds chirping in the morning.
The Room itself had an interesting aroma, for the 1st night, like some perfume but not quite, and it was not from the bathroom perfume-scent thingy, because that smelled nice.
2nd night I did not notice it much, maybe some previous guest spilled perfume somewhere.
Because after covid I have lost a bit of the sense of smell, I cant pinpoint what exactly it was and where it was coming from. It was not a bad smell, it was just a bit annoying.

Great contact with the owner. We could check in 30 min after booking and before check in time. Parking place available. Comfortable bed and the whole room.

Quiet neighbourhood, close to transportation means
I think that it might be a good time for renovations when it commes with the cleanness of the walls.
