Purtroppo nel palazzo c’è un “portiere” molto maleducato, era basso, un po tarchiato e senza capelli. Bisognerebbe mandarlo via.

Впервые за 30 лет пользования бравирования через букинг нужно было заранее проходить в интернете регистрацию . Я забронировала с утра и мы уехали в сафари парк, у меня весь день не было интернета. В город вернулись поздно и я час с лишним искала интернет и делала какую- то странную регистрацию , без нее меня не заселяли . А после было еще сложнее, нужно было перевести самой деньги на кредитную карту , я никогда этого не делала , всегда букинг списывал , либо по приезду платила картой ! Нам просто повезло, что сотрудница в свое не рабочее время пошла к нам на встречу и заселила нас, деньги за отель я оставила на столе при отъезде
