Ideaal voor ons doel

Perfecte ligging voor ons doel. Zeker voor ons 3 personen is een appartement interessant. Zeer comfortabel bed en fijne douche.

De verwarming was minimaal en defecte klink van de badkamer. Goed ontbijt en mooie keuze, maar 25€ is wel prijzig.

Gutes Appartement mit toller Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen und nicht ganz günstig !

Sehr schöne Größe der Wohnung zwei Räume,eine tolle Fernsehecke, hätte man sie gebraucht eine gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten, gutes Personal,sehr nett. Es war sehr ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Die Lage fast direkt am Meer und an der Altstadt mit Partymeile war super. Nur 1,4km zum Bahnhof. Günstiges parken 10 min zu Fuß vorhanden.

Das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen,man zahlt eher für die Größe und die Lage pro Nacht 125€ und das im Oktober. Meine Kreditkarte wurde fotografiert,hatte ich so auch noch nicht beim Check in bisher erlebt. Ein Fenster war im Schlafzimmer gesprungen,es gab seltsame Elektroheizkörper,im Bad war kaum Klopapier,man hätte eine Rolle für eine Nacht da lassen können aufgrund des Preises und der gebuchten Dauer des Aufenthaltes.

De locatie vlakbij zee, moderne badkamer, propere bedden, genoeg keukenmateriaal, leuk gelegen aan binnenkoer, heel vriendelijk personeel en goede ontvangst

We kregen niet het appartement dat we geboekt hadden. Er is een vochtprobleem waardoor er geurhinder is. Schoonmaak kon grondiger. Kleine onderhouden nodig zoals muren opnieuw verven, klinken goed vastmaken, terrasdeur die hapert, raam gebarsten. Vaatwasser heeft een slechte geur dus niet gebruikt.

L’emplacement uniquement

Séjour très décevant à la Villa Yvonne. Sécurité inexistante : prises électriques mal fixées et dangereuses, peinture inachevée, cuvette des toilettes sombre et mal entretenue. De l’eau stagnante tout autour de la baignoire, fenêtre qui se ferme mal, mégots de cigarettes dans les plantes du balcon. Nous avons été enfermées dehors sur le perron à cause d’une porte fermée entre les habitations et l’ascenseur, situation inacceptable!! Boitier Clim hors service, boîtier wifi traînant au sol, miroir détérioré, serviettes trouées… Et taies d’oreiller tachée! L’ensemble reflète un sérieux manque d’entretien et de respect pour les clients, indigne de ce type d’établissement!!!!

De locatie was top. Binnen 2 minuten lopen op het strand en 10-12 minuten lopen voor de binnenstad van Oostende.

Keukengerei was karig tot slecht. De kamer was niet geheel schoon, bed en douche gelukkig wel wat het belangrijkst is natuurlijk.

Le logement ne correspond PAS DU TOUT à ce qui est présenté sur internet. Une fenêtre était cassée, pas de café, pas de shampoing, dans le peu de vaisselle disponible, la moitié était sale (trace de rouge à lèvre, dépôt), les murs sont sales... Bref... Vraiment pas chouette du tout! Rapport qualité/prix médiocre!!

Het pand bevond zich vlak bij het strand en de bedden lagen goed

Er staan veel fotos bij, maar uiteindelijk zijn er maar enkele fotos die over de kamer gaan. Er was een lek in de kast met alle leidingen, daar maar een handdoek op gelegd,, deze zag de volgende dag helemaal geel. Het terras lag vol sigarettenpeuken, en er was niet eens een stoel voorzien. Op de koop toe reserveerde we van hen een prive parking, voor €25. Helaas onze auto grondig moeten afspuiten na een nachtje daar staan, er zat een enorm penetrante urinegeur in het ventilatiesysteem. Kortom, een ware teleurstelling, blij dat het maar voor 1 nacht was.

Het ontbijt was heel goed in orde. Het appartement was aangenaam en bevond zich dicht bij de zeedijk. Vriendelijk onthaal. Alles was goed in orde. leuke vakantie gehad. Leuke formule ; appartement met hotel service : lakens en handdoeken beschikbaar, mogelijk om te ontbijten in het hotel naast de deur. Goed idee.

De verlichting in de slaapkamer werkte niet, enige opmerking.

Idéal pour un séjour en famille à 4 ou 3 ou entres amis.

Il n’y avait pas de déjeuner inclus dans le prix. Éventuellement avoir accès au déjeuner de l’hôtel à côté aurait été un plus, c’était peut-être possible à la demande. Nous n’avons pas fait la demande expresse. Bel appartement avec cuisine équipée neuve mais n’avons pas utilisé. Nous avons bien dormi, c’était calme et propre et les deux chambres de chacune un grand lit double étaient éloignées l’une de l’autre par le salon. Ce qui préserve une certaine intimité si on séjourne en couple d’amis.

Rien tout était bien. Juste savoir que l’ascenseur est petit. Difficile de s’y mettre à deux avec des sacs ou valises. Mais il va vite donc ce n’est pas trop un problème.

Blij dat er wifi was. De garage was ook wel handig en viel ook mee van prijs. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Als we de gang al binnen liepen kwam er ons een onaangename geur tegemoet. Toen we de kamer binnenkwamen was er ook een muffe geur. We hebben dag en nacht de vensters laten openstaan en dan was de geur wel weg. Het éénpersoonsbed was minder goed om te liggen je voelde de resor aan de rug of wat het ook was. De vaatwas was vuil en plekken op de kussens. Er waren te weinig legplanken voor de kleren en geen kast voor kapstokken. Er is toch wel wat vernieuwing nodig.

L'espace, la douche, la cuisine et le lit principal étaient très bien. L'emplacement et le rapport qualité prix aussi.

Ce n'était pas très propre, les vitres étaient très, très sales et nous avions normalement une "vue sur jardin" dans la reservation qui s'est avérée être une vue sur ruelle de garages avec le concierge qui maffirme que cest bien vue sur jardin car "c'est comme une cour"... il manquait de linge ( pas de torchons, ni de tapis de salle de bain, ni de couverture en plus, ni de draps pour le second lit..) et les deux serviettes de bain étaient élimees, j'aurai à ce compte'là préféré amener les miennes. La chambre était normalement insonorisée mais nous avons constaté que non: les pas dans l'escalier très bruyants, les déchargement de palettes dans la ruelle le matin, ou encore à l'étage au dessus). Certains meubles étaient un peu datés ce qui ne correspondaient pas à l'ambiance sur les photos mais bon.

De oneerlijkheid van de zaak, ze beloofde 1dag te verplaatsen door mediche toestand, maar daar aangekomen was er niks meer mogelijk. Spijtig, ook zat het appartement onder de schimmel, losse stopcontacten levensgevaarlijk voor kinderen dus, en zeker maanden niet gestofzuigd onder het bed, overal zijn er foto's van gemaakt.

Goede locatie, schoon en netjes.

De rust en stilte in het appartement overdag en in de nacht. Makkelijk zowel openbaar betaald als ook bij het hotel privé parkeren is mogelijk.

Hotel parkeren lukt niet wanneer je een ski koffer op de auto hebt. Betaald straat parkeren was een prima alternatief. In de nacht tussen 21:00 en 09:00 uur hoef je niet te betalen. Daarna via eenvoudig apparaat op basis van kenteken. Betalen met pinpas is wel mogelijk.

Le petit déjeuner ainsi que la gentillesse et l'amabilité du personnel au petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel Monarc

L'accueil à la réception de l'hôtel Monarc n'était pas agréable ni souriant. Le ménage dans l'appartement lors des 2 nuits restées à l'établissement Yvonne n'a pas été fait, les serviettes de bains étaient déchirées et anciennes, pas de shampooing ni de savon lors de notre arrivée. Il faisait aussi très froid dans l'appartement à notre arrivée. Il n'y a pas de chauffage mais il faut allumer les 2 radiateurs sur roulettes et les laisser allumer tout le temps pour que les pièces soient chaudes. Le parking est à 50m mais la luminosité laisse à désirer, parking très ancien et c'est une place à louer, non pas un garage.

Schoon, goed bed, lekker ontbijt, prettig personeel, goede locatie, maar faciliteiten op de kamer zijn gezien de prijs onvoldoende. Bewust gekozen voor de kamer met bad, maar de capaciteit van de boiler is onvoldoende om het bad te vullen. Hierdoor douchen in een vrijstaand bad, wat niet echt een pretje is in plaats van lekker in een warm bad. Koelkastje in het appartement was prettig geweest. Afwerking van de kamer vergt ook aandacht.

Prijs kwaliteit is goed.

Bedden van heel goede kwaliteit. Zeer goed ontbijt met super vriendelijke bediening.

Wantrouwen van de receptie bediende over de garage sleutel. Het is fijn om nachtlampjes te hebben, als er dan een stopcontact zou zijn om de lampjes licht te geven zou het nog veel beter zijn. Een handdoekrekje zou fijn zijn. Er is niets om je kleding in op te bergen.
