A premier abord l endroit et très beau.... l emplacement... Le prix....la vue

Appartement a rafraîchir!!! Voisinage bruilliant fumeur. Beaucoup de chose usée abimee détruit ! Chambre pas de porte tous est ouvert ! Sdb meuble lavabo a etait remplacer on vois le mur abimee par l ancien la plaquette du lavabo cassé la poubelle cassée la douche bain y avait une paroit mais plus la donc cassee! La chambre n est pas dans une pièces tous est ouvert étroit du cotee du mur mais lit +- confortable on entent les voisins claquée les portes! La cuisine le micro onde poignée cassée. Le séjour le canapé abimee usure le lino abimee la table abimee la tv jamais su la faire fonctionner... avec une caution faut regarder et remplacer ce qui a etait abimee par les personnes concernée ! !! Et récupérer la caution 2 semaines après.... l amoir ext ou on met les ustensiles de nettoyage gros bordel aspi qui ne va pas enfin... sa pourrait etre top mais y a gros effort a faire!!!

Zeer leuke studio. Toplocatie. Gezellig warm met chauffage. Keuken goed geëquipeerd. Goed bed.

Je moet waarborg betalen. Allerlei kleine gebreken. Tv werkt niet. Het bad heeft geen stop. Er is ook geen douchescherm.

Midweekje aan zee

We genoten ernorm van de locatie. Een studio met heel mooi uitzicht, maakt je dag goed! Ideale plaats als je vaak buiten zal zijn.

De studio kan wel een update gebruiken. In de keuken ontbraken schilmesjes en een schaar. De zetel was vuil, ook als je die uitklapte tot bed. Voor het bad en de wasbak moet je dezelfde stop gebruiken, gezien er maar 1 is. Als je groter bent dan 1m70 kan je er niet rechtstaand douchen. Tv werkt niet, geen decoder aanwezig.

Uitgerust appartement op een adembenemende locatie pal aan de dijk

Het was een prachtig uitzicht en de keuken was ook volledig uitgerust. We vonden het een enorme troef dat het verblijf een zicht op de zee had en dat we direct op de dijk konden wandelen. We hadden misschien wel beter de parking extra genomen aangezien we nu vrij ver tot aan onze auto moesten wandelen.

De douchekop lekte een beetje en maakte daarom de badkamer slordig nat. De deurbadges werkten niet altijd optimaal. We willen hierover niet zagen het waren echter kleinigheden eerder als tip richting de volgende bezoekers.

De locatie was echt zalig!

Netheid. Bijvoorbeeld reserve dekbed was vuil vol vlekken, gordijnen vuil. We wouden zetel uitklappen om knus tv te kijken maar voelde niet proper.

Mooi uitzicht maar ouder appartement met verschillende gebreken

Goede locatie met mooi uitzicht

Sleutels makkelijk uit het kluisje gehaald, maar pasten niet op het slot van de deur. Zondag, dus kantoor niet open en onmogelijk te bereiken (ook op het noodnummer). Pas na enkele uren in de koude kwam iemand ons de passende sleuten brengen. Appartement is moeilijk warm te krijgen (raam laat koude en tocht door). Keukenuitrusting ook matig/ontbrekend, zo was er bvb. maar 1 wijnglas voor een appartement maar je met 4 zou kunnen verblijven.

Lage super, Meerblick grandios. Ansprechende Aufteilung und Möblierung, kuschelige Schlafnische. Genau mein Wohlfühlambiente, Rosengeschirr das Tüpfelchen auf dem I.

Ich brauche es warm, Heizung für meine Bedürfnisse zu wenig.
