wonderful location but the management and welcome need improvements

wonderful location and apartment fully equipped

the first day at 9.15 am someone put the keys and tried to open. thanks god we had our keys inside the door. he had clearly bad intentions and was pretending to be the owner of the apartment. I was close to call the police but then I called the rent agency and they said that it was just a misunderstanding. not that happy with this episode. the booking was for 3 nights, but there was only toilet paper and not even soap. we were just invited to clean everything before leaving using dishwasher. first time ever we find dishwasher tablets instead of Candies as welcome package. last, the apartment was not properly clean. behind the bed there was lots of dust

Location was amazing and view from room. Kitchen was very nice, furniture in Livingroom was very dirty,need some proper cleaning . It was too windy and you could fil it from windows,so we had to put blanket on floor to cover it.

The location was great, the seaview was stunning. The staff was willing to Help us.

We wrote an E-Mail because of our arrival time and the staff told us we could check in at 2pm and that they booked a parking lot for us . The staff in the office didn't know about our arrival time neither about the parking lot. They managed to organize a parking lot but we had to wait for an houre to check in. Unfortunatly the room wasn't very clean especially the bathroom. The shower was full of long hairs, the air filters were full of molt, the hallway smells after cigarette smoke, there was a huge burned cigarette hole in the couch. The bed is really small.

Ideale locatie in Oostende. Prachtig zeezicht, erg comfortabel bed, praktisch ingerichte en goed uitgeruste keuken.

Er is geen afzuiging in de badkamer.

Vue sur mer magnifique, facilité de récupération des clés, parking à proximité

Tv trop petite, pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain, les taches sur les couettes supplémentaires, les draps et linge en supplément (mais ça reste un excellent prix)

Zalig uitzicht in een mooie studio ... die gewoon iets netter mocht zijn.

Dat de hondjes mee mochten gaan. We zijn vorig jaar in hetzelfde pand geweest. Ook op de dijk,dus ideaal ...

De HYGIËNE, wat we vorig jaar ook al aangekaart hadden. Badkamer is het vuilste,aan de randjes van douche. Ook op de grond. Het dopsel van de douchebak was los en gevaarlijk om te vallen. Keukenschuiven, matras en zetel in de living ook niet netjes, spijtig genoeg. Oja,om een deftige stofzuiger of aftrekker en dweil te vinden, was er niet eens.

Emplacement idéale, logement fonctionnel.

Situation parfaite pour la plage et les commerces. Logement avec une superbe vue sur la mer. A 30min à pied de la piscine d'Ostende qui est très sympa. Les draps est serviettes étaient inclues dans le prix et très propres, la cuisine très fonctionnelle, la résidence comporte 2 ascenseurs pratique pour monter et descendre les bagages. Les rangements sont suffisants pour 4 personnes.

1/ Le matelas du lit du séjour est très inconfortable, au point de se réveiller plusieurs fois par nuit. 2/ Se garer à Ostende set très compliqué, et les parking à proximité sont cher ou limités à 4h. Le fait de pouvoir réserver le parking (15€/jour) est un plus, cependant l'emplacement du parking est à 5 bonnes minutes à pied du logement ce qui complique le déchargement des bagages, mieux vaut se placer en double file dans une rue à proximité pour tout déposer et aller se garer ensuite dans le parking associé. A notre arrivée la place de parking qui nous était attribuée était occupée par une autre voiture, problème rapidement résolut après appel à l'agence. Les places sont étroites, prévoir de maitriser le gabarit de son véhicule. 3/ l'ameublement est un peu vieillissant, du coup les fauteuils sont tachés, les rideaux également, pas de séchoir pour les serviettes, maillots de bain, les radiateurs sont poussiéreux. 4/ les prix pratiqués dans les magasins environnant sont assez élevés, venir avec ses courses pour éviter de trop dépenser ou prévoir le budget.

Die Oberfläche der Sitzgarnitur ist fleckig (Getränkeflecken), aber ansonsten sehr sauber.
