A lovely and practical flat for extended stay in Ostend

- Lovely location near Ostend beach. Partial view of the beach and ocean. - Good kitchen appliances and a wide variety of cooking utensils. - The flat is well-stocked with cleaning supplies. - Very user-friendly check in experience. The host provides a notebook on-site, with useful basic information. - The furnishings are reasonably comfortable.

- The bed in the larger bedroom is rather soft and uncomfortable. I slept in the smaller bedroom, which offers a firmer mattress and more comfortable night's sleep.

Very comfortable and spacious appartment near the centre of Oostend. It was a bonus that you could see the sea from the living room.

There was a store room available for the bicycles, however there was very little space so we had to leave them outside

Very comfortable apartment in Ostend

Great spacious and indeed quiet apartment with all the amenities that one would expect. The place is super clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Location is a little "off centre" but the casino can be reached in a short 5 minutes walk. The building is located 100m from the tram stop which is convenient and the tram does not run at night so it is quiet. Check-in and out were easy.

The sea view is a glimpse in between buildings rather than a full sea view but it does not really matter. The bathroom is a little tiny. It would have been great to have, in the welcome folder, along with the house rules and the security instructions, a few personal recommendations on places to visit, "hidden gem" restaurants, etc. maybe a more personal touch. Also better instructions on how to dispose of glass trash (which you cannot leave in the apartment) would be useful (e.g. location of nearest glass containers). So basically, little things to make the stay even more enjoyable and personable

Excellent apartment with an amazing location, close to the beach!

The location was amazing. You only had to cross the street to get to the beach. Amazing view from the balcony. Comfortable apartment with everything you need included. The quality of the apartment was amazing and the price was really cheap! Amazing stay!!

Séjour au top dans un bel appartement

L appartement était très propre et fonctionnel. Il ne manque de rien et les lits étaient déjà fait à notre arrivée. Les serviettes sont comprises aussi et il y a un nécessaire de cuisine présent à notre arrivée.

Un séjour enchanteur à Ostende

Très bel appartement avec une belle vue sur la plage, à proximité du kursaal. Le salon avec la baie vitrée est très agréable, les deux chambres sont confortables, la cuisine est bien équipée. Alex est très clair dans ses indications. Nous espérons revenir au plus vite!

L'eau de la douche s'évacue difficilement mais il s'agit là d'un léger problème facile à résoudre. Il serait difficile de trouver un défaut à cet appartement charmant !

Ietwat ouderwetse maar leuke plek met goede bedden, alle nodige voorzieningen en een prima gastheer.

Prima locatie, goede bedden en de bereikbaarheid en behulpzaamheid van gastheer Alex.

Twee verdiepingen lager werd er aan de terrassen gewerkt, wat soms voor wat lawaaihinder zorgde. (Maar dit is natuurlijk slechts een tijdeijk euvel)

Genoten van ons verblijf in een ruim appartement, vlakbij de zee.

Wat een zalig ruim appartement is dit. Ik logeerde er met m’n dochter en het was super om elk ons eigen 2 persoonsbed te hebben zoals thuis. Locatie is top, dichtbij het strand, centrum, tramhalte… ‘s morgens opstaan met zicht op zee, ‘s avonds kan je genieten van de zonsondergang. Het is er zeer rustig, geen geluidsoverlast gehad. Wij komen graag nog eens terug. Afval moet je zelf wegbrengen , Alex stuurt de info hiervoor door. Best €0,5 voorzien.

L'appartement est grand avec deux chambres côté cour, très silencieux. Magnifique salon avec vue sur la mer, tout à disposition dans la cuisine, un vrai plaisir. L'hôte a été très réactif et disponible et l'appartement est très bien situé. Une objet rare à un prix très intéressant.

Die Matratze im linken Schlafzimmer ist wirklich eine Katastrophe und müsste dringend gewechselt werden. Insgesamt war der die Unterkunft aber zu empfehlen.

Je recommande vivement cet appartement!

Appartement spacieux et lumineux offrant une vue sur la mer. Voir le coucher du soleil tous les soir depuis le salon est un privilège. Situation idéale dans Ostende, proche de la digue et à proximité de toutes les commodités nécessaires.( boulangerie, supermarché,...) Très bonne literie. Communication fluide avec le propriétaire. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Het uitzicht was mooi en rustgevend. Rustig gebouw Waren bang voor het geluid van de tram, maar dat viel meer dan reuze mee!

Super accomodatie over heel de lijn, alleen de matrassen waren extreem dun naar ons gevoel... Verder meer dan ok!

we hebben lekker kunnen relaxen, wandelen, fantastisch gewoon

de locatie was perfect, dichtbij station oostende, dichtbij het strand en vlakbij winkels. Het appartement was zeer verzorgd, zeer proper en met een mooi zicht op de zee. Het was een rustige buurt, dus geen nachtlawaai. Hier komen we zeker nog eens terug. rosette en nicole

Das Appartment hat uns sehr gefallen. Man hat alles was man braucht. War mit meiner Familie da sehr schöne aussicht. Würde es jeden empfehlen.

Leider hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Mit denn kindern war es Abends schon bisschen kalt.
