Comfortable stay in a nicely designed apartment

The house had all the amenities needed for the stay and was nicely decorated. The house was very approachable and took care that we were comfortable. Recommend this place if you are in Ostend for a night or two.

Not acceptable and uncompromising host

Nothing. We tried to cancel because it was not possible to stay given state of property. Owner was uncompromising. I am regular booker and it's the first time ever I've wanted to cancel on arrival.

It wasn't clean, bathroom was dirty and room had a smell that was not possible for us to stay in.

Le logement est très bien situé, proche du centre et de la plage. Il est spacieux et correctement équipé. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Faire attention que les codes pour récupérer la clé et ouvrir l'appartement ne sont pas forcémment les mêmes que ceux reçus initialement.

Eens op het appartement was alles in orde.

Zeer mooi ingericht appartement,,gezellig,alles vooradig.

Het aankomen. Wij hebben 2 uur in de kou geprobeerd om binnen te geraken. De opgegeven code klopte niet,dus geen sleutel.Er was op de mail geen telefoonnr.vermeld. Wij waren juist op weg naar een ander hotel maar al goed dat onze kleindochter van 18 jaar erbij was. Zij heeft op een of andere manier langs een mail toch een gesprek kunnen hebben met de eigenaar. Die zei gewoon,ik zal een andere code geven,wat ik zeer raar vond. Dan zijn we terug gereden en ditmaal klopte het met de code. Wij hadden de sleutel en het appartement was in orde,dus nog goed afgelopen.

Odeur désagréable dans la chambre ( égouts ?), restes de peanuts, nourriture sur la table et sur le sol de la chambre, impossibilité de mettre du chauffage, impossibilité d'utiliser les petites lampes de la chambre à coucher. Odeur désagréable des essuies, tâches sur litterie.

A FUIR! Appartement sales. Déchets des anciens locataire encore présent, Vaisselles pas faites. Sol pas nettoyer Drap pas fait Poils dans le lavabo Sommier du lit en bois très fin et cassé. Le canapé lit n'est pas un canapé lit mais un canapé. Four et micro ondes sales Nous téléphonons au propriétaire. Il nous dis qu'il y a eu un malentendu sur la réservation d'avant (mdr) Il envoie 2 filles pour nettoyé. Elle retendent les draps du lit (pas changer) font la vaisselle à moitié en laissant une poêle et une casserole pas lavé dans le lavabo. Sol toujours collant et pas nettoyé. Dépose le sac poubelle sans le placé correctement dans la poubelle. Essuis pas changer mais délicatement plier et un coup de febreze et posé sur le lit.... Four et micro ondes pas nettoyé. De nouveau coup de téléphone. On nous traite de menteur par la femme de ménage. Les draps sont sois disant change et aucune vaisselle ne traîne. Je lui demande où se trouve les draps sales ? Elle me dit sous le lit. Je regarde, il n'y a rien En sachant que les 2 filles sont sortie les mains vides de l'appartement.... Coup de téléphone. Nous dit que l emplacement de la clé pour qu'on changent les draps nous même ! Propose un séjour gratuit en dédommagement. Bien évidement nous refusons. Plustard il nous propose un virement. Nous acceptons. Remboursement de 20 EURO. Foutage de gueule complet ... Donc oui nous sommes partit plus tard que midi vu les problèmes accumulé... A fuir de toute urgence ! Bref c'est un résumé

Lit très confortable terrasse au soleil bien placé contre le vent tv top de top et appartement bien entretenu avec le(s) propriétaire(e) très sympa, Je tiens a rajouter que j'avais perdue la tetine de mon bébé et que la femme d'ouvrage la retrouver même pas 20 minutes après jai reçu un appel du propriétaire qu'il l'ont retrouvé cela a fait très plaisir et mérite d'être entendu ^^ ! Commerces tout pres vraiment idéal pour passer un bon séjour a la plage

leuk appartement voor een prima prijs!

Leuk ingericht appartement! Dicht bij het strand, op een 100 m lopen.. De naburige appartementen kosten meer dan het dubbele. Leuk terras aan het appartement.

Misschien toch een vouwbedje voorzien...want 2 personen slapen op de grond op een vouwmatrasje. Extra stoel.

J’ai payé pour quatre, il n’y a que trois chaises pour manger. Il y a un lit de personnes, un canapé-lit pour une personne et la quatrième dort parterre sur un matelas sale. L’hote me dit que des draps ont été mis en place. Il y a des taches douteuses dessus. Pas de rideaux à la fenêtre de la chambre, vous êtes réveillés au levé du soleil. Électricité dangereuse pour les jeunes enfants. Un chouchou dans le lavabo complètement souillé et ce depuis longtemps. Poubelle, non vidé. Vitres sales. Table, salle ( il y avait encore des miettes dessus ). Le salon de jardin était rempli de crottes d’oiseaux avec des coussins par terre. Aucun soin ! Je trouve que dans ce Luxury design appartement, il n’y a que le prix de Luxury. Je vais devoir faire une réclamation ce qui n’est pourtant pas dans mes habitudes,

Rustig appartement met een goeie ligging, kortbij het strand én kort bij cafeetjes en restaurants.

De badkamer had een fijne, ruime douche. Er was zeep aanwezig en het water warmde snel op. :-)
