Nice clean apartment close to all sights and amenities.

The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and presented. Everything you could need for is there. The Wi Fi was very good and the shower was very nice also. We stayed in the basement apartment which was very quiet, and has natural lighting. All in all a very good experience and perfect for our short city break within close walking distance to all the major attractions. Thank you to our host :)

It was very clean and everything you needed was there. Nicely priced.

For 4 adults, it was small. No curtains you could close in the livingroom (where there were beds). Be careful with the bed in the cupboard! Keep tight when putting it out or in.

Erg proper maar ook lawaaierig en ietwat bedompt. Perfect voor een of twee nachten, niet langer.

De studio is over het algemeen zeer compleet. Er missen wat kleine dingen, die echter wel van grote toegevoegde waarde zouden zijn. Zoals een vergiet in de keuken, die voor de rest trouwens meer dan top is. Ook wat extra haken in het appartement zelf om wat kleding op te hangen zou erg fijn zijn. Er is weinig kastruimte en die er is wordt vnl gebruikt om games,spelletjes en kaarten, papieren in te bewaren. Vreemd.

Wat echt tegen valt is de afzuiging in de wc en zeker ook de douche die naast het slaapgedeelte zit. Er zit ten wel kleine roosters in de muren en een kleine ventilator zou moeten werken in wc maar het doet allemaal niets en omdat de studio in souterrain ligt is het toch al enigzins bedompt, benauwd. Ook is er van de verdieping erboven veel lawaai van nensen die over de vloer lopen/rennen te horen. Gelukkig niet tijdens de nacht. De studio die wij kregen kwam ook niet overeen met de foto's van wat ik op de site van Booking.com.zag. Denk dat als mensen via Booking.com boeken ze een ander appartement/studio krijgen. Ook sluit de koelkast/vriesvak niet echt goed. Daar moet je echt op letten anders wordt het een grote ijsbende.

Fijn appartement met goede voorzieningen en dichtbij het strand en centrum. Fijn bed, alle wenselijke benodigdheden in keuken aanwezig. Heel schoon en snelle communicatie

Douche werd na enkele minuten ijskoud, neem oordopjes mee want het is wel erg gehorig

De properheid ,alles was aanwezig wat je nodig hebt in keuken, badkamer heel proper

We waren met een baby dat juist liep.de afstapjes waren gevaarlijk voor hem.maar voor de tijd dat we binnen doorbrachten was het te doen.

Gut aber mit Einschränkungen (Kellerwohnung)

Die Lage ist toll, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand, um die Ecke ein Supermarkt und eine günstige Parkmöglichkeit. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung bzw. der Küche war auch sehr gut.

Leider war im Angebot nicht ersichtlich, daß es sich um eine Wohnung im Keller handelt. Auf den Fotos ist es auch nicht zu erkennen, wenn man es nicht weiß. Im Angebotstext wird es auch nicht erwähnt, bzw. es wird sogar von Stadtblick und Terrasse geschrieben, immerhin ist die Wohnung dennoch relativ hell. Was ich auch nicht sehr schön fand war, daß sich die Toilette auf dem Gang befindet. Als letztes war der muffige Geruch nach Schimmel, nicht sehr intensiv, aber deutlich zu riechen, das liegt vermutlich daran, daß die Wohnung mit Trockenbau in den Keller integriert wurde und die Außenwände nicht 100% dicht sind.

Die Lage.

Es war ein Keller(loch) ohne Sicht nach draußen. Im Internet wurde da ein ganz anderes Apartment gezeigt, kein Keller und mit Außensicht! Schrank und Toilette auf Flur/Treppenhaus deshalb eigene Schlüssel.

ik wist niet dat dit studio bevindt zich in de kelder eigelijk, jij dit kan nergens lezen en die foto's zijn zeeeeer verwarend horen bij appartament Ksenia en niet bij de studio Ksenia! Opletten er is twee verschillende accomodaties blijkbaar. Jij hoor altijd veel lawaai van de vortgangers en voel zich feitrlijk onder grond
