About this apartment rental
Welcome to a bright and lovely 110 sqm apartment in central Nice. The apartment features a spacious and bright living room and has recently been renovated.
The apartment is located on the top floor of a traditional building (with an elevator) in Old Nice, just a stone's throw away from Place Massena, Quartier du Port, as well as shops and restaurants on Promenade des Anglais.
The first floor has an open-plan layout with a very bright living room with high ceilings. There is a dining table (seating eight people) and a well-equipped kitchen, including a stove, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, and all the kitchen utensils you may need. From the living room, you can access the lovely terrace. Adjacent to the living room, there is also a guest toilet.
On the first floor, you will find the master bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a large built-in wardrobe, and AC. A bathroom is located next to the bedroom.
The second floor, with slanted ceilings and skylights, consists of two smaller bedrooms, a corridor, and a small bathroom with a toilet and a sit-down shower. The slightly larger bedroom has a double bed (2x90 cm) and a sofa. The small bedroom, suitable for one person, has a queen-size bed (140 cm). Since the two bedrooms are small and do not have wardrobes, you can hang your clothes on the clothes rack on the upper floor. Fans are provided in the bedrooms for warm nights.
The stairs up to the upper level are not adapted for young children or older people.
The fantastic 22 sqm terrace has a dining table, six chairs, and a seating group overlooking Place Massena. This is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning or a drink in the afternoon. The terrace is equipped with awnings.
The apartment is centrally located right by Place Massena. The area is bustling with cozy restaurants and boutique shopping. You can walk to the beach in 5-10 minutes through the Old Town and enjoy an espresso at one of the many lovely cafes.

Super nice appartment well situated in Nice. We really enjoyed the cosy and spacious terrasse. The decor was very tasteful and the pictures on the webpage were giving the true impression of the appartment.
The host/agency was easy to get hold of and they replied quickly.
The weather was extremely warm during our stay, and the aircon could not cool the appartment adequately, particularly the first floor. So we had to sleep in the living room. The webpage does say that there is no aircon on first floor. But we had not expected it to be so warm.
It the aircon gets fixed/improved we would love to come back to this beautiful appartment.

Myself, my husband, my brother and his wife and my 80 year old Dad had a great stay the last weekend of August. The lift, and main first floor room and facilities was perfect for my dad, whilst the rest of us had the upstairs rooms. The flat and the terrace are so much bigger and nicer than the photos and the area is perfect for the beach and Old Town. The upstairs was a little hot but it was the height of summer. Very much recommend though the winding staircase won’t be suitable for everyone.

This was a beautiful property in an unbeatable location. As noted in the description, the second floor bedrooms don’t have AC, which was fine to sleep at night but made it a bit unusable for getting ready or napping during the day. Also, the full bath on the second floor would be more suitable for children because of its slanted ceiling height, which wasn’t really disclosed in the listing. We planned on being a group of 5 but were relieved we only ended up being four due to the upstairs bathroom/AC situation. Only other small complaint is that there is only one bed pillow per person. Otherwise, the apartment has an excellent layout and has all the amenities you could need. The terrace is fantastic with great furniture and beautiful views. The whole apartment is eclectically decorated, adding to the charm of the apartment’s architecture. The manager was very communicative before and during our stay. Overall a very enjoyable stay in Nice and would stay again.
