About this apartment rental
Sunny bright 180 m² apartment, 2 master bedrooms in the center of Nice, super quiet, overlooking a beautiful Mediterranean garden. The fact has a modern open kitchen, high ceilings, hard-wood floors, double-glazed windows, reversible air conditioning in all rooms, & everything you need for a great stay.
- First master bdrm: King size bed/bath & shower/WC
- Second master: King size bed, shower/ WC.
- Third bed: living room, queen size sofa bed
The neighborhood is superb. Just a few minutes' walk from Place Masséna, the beaches, the golden quarter old quarter, the Promenade des Anglais, the Castle, Nice Étoile, and the Promenade du Paillon with its gorgeous fountains & gardens. The cinemas, theaters, restaurants, bars, shops, markets, museums, and galleries are also within walking distance. The buses/train station for traveling along the Riviera, is a 7 min walk north on Jean Médecin ave, or one tram stop away. The tram is 30 minute to and from the airport.
Check-in at 4:00 PM - check-out before 11:00 AM
Arrival at the airport: The tram is right outside the airport exit, 30 minutes to my stop, Jean Médecin.
Car parking in Nice:
Park at the Nice Étoile parking lot. There are daily and weekly rates. Take a ticket at the distributor upon entering, go directly to the office, pay for the number of days you need! This ticket allows you to come and go from the parking lot as you please.

This property perfectly met our needs. The location is perfect for easy access to primary points of interest and public transportation (trams and main train station). The amenities we most appreciated were fast reliable WiFi, excellent kitchen appliances and an easy to operate washer and dryer. It’s located one street over from the busy shopping street, Jean Médecin, making it convenient but also less crowded and quieter. The apartment is secure, and the surrounding area is very safe. The apartment is clean, very spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and large dining table. I highly recommend this property and welcome an opportunity to stay here again.

Lovely home in a great location. Good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Well equipped kitchen though we preferred to eat out. Very responsive to questions even mailed back something we left behind. Great set up for two couples. Parking a little confusing at first but easy to adjust to. Would highly recommend and would live to visit again

You hit a home run if you get to stay here- believe me!We only wish that our stay here could have been for a longer period of time. Absolutely one of the most fantastic vacation stays ever, and I have traveled plenty in my 69 years. Luisa Maisel’s home is far more than the description presented. What an incredibly spacious, charming, and immaculately kept property to enjoy the beautiful city of Nice, France!This home could not be located in a more central location to EVERYTHING- high end dining, shopping, tourist attractions, waterfront, beaches, historical monuments…. just name it- an easy walk away.Luisa and Filipe are not just endearing hosts; they are warm and caring people who truly love to make you welcome in their home and city. I just love to have conversations with them. Super communication from booking to departure.This home is roomy and absolutely immaculate. Upgraded everything- appliances, windows, kitchen, beds and bedding, bathrooms, dishware, etc.The art pieces that you will enjoy are nicer than the finest of the highest rated hotels. There were huge couches (4 of them!), luxury reading chairs, large coffee tables and dining table. Just wonderful. It was just me and my wife so we could not even spend much time in the useful living areas. Next time we will bring some of our adult children.

This is a great place as to apartment space and location. The pictures do not do it justice. Within walking distance of absolutely everything. Stores, groceries and the best ice cream ever at Ceasar's, public transporation, airport, trains, rental bikes..yes cycle to Monaco and take the train back!! We flew into Nice and never missed having a car.There were five of us and there was ample room as the apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The owner is very helpful and welcoming. I would return in a heartbeat!!Thank you Luisa!!
