This wonderful apartment is the perfect place for anybody looking to visit beautiful Gananoque and 1000 Islands. It is located right off the main strip of Gananoque only a short walk to restaurants, art galleries, and the waterfront. The bottom floor has a living room complete with an ultra HD smart TV, board games, movies, a game console, and more! The top floor features a kitchen, bathroom, and three bedrooms.

The building is a duplex with a permanent tenant in the other half.

The location of the property is great for a quick walk to ask the local attractions and restaurants. The property was in good shape. And the one issue we had was promptly addressed with in an hour or two. We would stay at this property again.

Tyler is one of the best hosts I have ever dealt with in my five plus years of using rental properties. He was quick to respond to any questions, provided detailed check-in instructions a few weeks ahead of our arrival, and even stopped by the property with a needed item ten minutes after I messaged him.The property itself is an older but well cared for home. Downstairs is the living room and half bath; the rest of the downstairs has an older tenant living there. The upstairs has the kitchen, full bathroom, and three bedrooms. Everything in the house is labeled so there are no questions how to turn on and/or use something. There is a Metro grocery store a block away which was convenient for us to buy items to cook a hot breakfast for the three mornings we stayed at the house. Bonus on the off street parking too. Some of the streets are narrow and it was nice not to have to worry about that detail. If we are ever in the Gananoque area again, we would not hesitate to book with Tyler's property again.

We were very surprised with this place and very impressed. Will definitely come back here again and will tell our friends and family about this place for sure. Had everything we needed and so much more and one night was not enough. Didn't want to leave:(
