Wonderful breakfast! Hostess was excellent.
The building is in a beautifully treed neighbourhood and has a lovely porch but needs a little sprucing up.

Beautiful, spacious room. We stayed in Bulloch Suite. Beautifully decorated. Plenty of windows. Nice mirrors. Private balcony. Michelle is a wonderful host. The breakfast is very good, beautiful table setting and Michelle made best oats and hot breakfast. Parking is easy. Close to town and waterfront. Easy walk to Thousand Island cruise port.
It is not the fault of B&B but the building is old so we can hear a lot of noises from other rooms ( foot steps).
