We had a gourmet breakfast every morning. Delicious, different every morning and nice presentation on the plate too. The linen tablecloths and china added to the delight. And our host remembered little things like how we like our coffee etc.
The outdoor spaces with Adirondack chairs and lovely gardens also were refreshing.
The welcome cookies in our room were a nice touch and tasty too. It would be nice to have coffee and tea available 24/7, but there was bottled water in our room which was nice.
Our host happily gave us helpful tips about maximizing our experience in Gananoque- from deboarding a cruise to get the most time at the Boldt Castle, to a good place to hike, to places to eat.
The hosts told us to let them know if we needed anything. They were friendly and attentive and yet respectful that we were on vacation.
We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was prepared with great care and fantasy and was delicious. It is a well cared for, expertly renovated old mansion. Peter and Colin provided us with excellent information about things to do and restaurants.

The hotel is small and has everything you need to enjoy the thousand islands the owners attend you directly they receive you with fresh baked cookies and they cook different breakfast in the morning for you. the wifi works well the parking also is good. and you can walk around the town the owners also give you very good tips

Peter greeted us upon arrival and we met Colin next. They were very welcoming and gave us an orientation of our gorgeous bedroom and their outstanding home. We immediately felt 'at home'.
We thoroughly enjoyed discussing a wide variety of topics with these two very interesting people!
The part of our visit that will stay with us is the spectacular way their home was lighted which is uncommon in our experience. Returning from dinner we were gobsmacked by the stunning outdoor lighting! We felt like we were entering a castle!
Colin prepared a very generous and delicious breakfast while Peter graciously served us.
We most definitely will be visiting Seaway Manor again!
We found that sliding the dining room chairs on the carpet a bit difficult which was a very small matter. However we wanted to give honest feedback.
