I like this place. Ive stayed here many times. This time we had a hot water issue and staff fixed it as fast as possible.
The room I got this time did have a broken bathroom fan. And it wasnt as clean as normal.

Breakfast was awful for but there is a Tim Hortons directly across the road which was convenient.

Snow removal starts very early and is loud.

Housekeeping: we asked for weekly, but had to call and they didn't come that day to change linen and towels.
Reached out again and they placed the linen/towels in our room.
Breakfast: On 2 occasions when we tried to attend breakfast, there wasn't any breakfast setup and no front desk staff to ask.
The linen is gross 😝 ripped and stained!!!
