This property was outstanding - had all the amenities plus extras like frig, microwave, bottle opener, robes, slippers, etc. Debbie was great with communications and really thought of everything in the unit.
Other things we liked: LOCATION (could walk to all town attractions and multiple restaurants), view of the river, wildlife in the yard, outdoor seating was excellent, great shower and high quality bedding and towels! 10/10! We immediately felt at home and comfortable in this unit. We appreciated other little touches like the motorized blinds (all windows had blinds which is not always the case), quality finishes,, large comfortable seating and all soap, shampoo, tissues and good quality lighting provided. Also coffee maker, extra snacks, small dining table, tea kettle, etc. Would stay here again for sure!! If you are thinking of thinking of booking an accommodation in Gananoque or Kingston area, book here!
Note: unit is under the owner's house and is not ADA accessible due to stairs.

Beautiful stay! Great location. Property was spotless and well maintained. Newly remodeled, spacious, everything was a 10+. Loved our robes and Deb our host went above and beyond with every detail well thought out. The outdoor sitting/space with the view of the river was so relaxing. We will definitely revisit.
