Welcome to your ultimate beach retreat at "Sea Breeze on Sunset," where you are only a short 5-7 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of PCB. Every moment here is filled with comfort, entertainment, and relaxation. Step inside this magnificent beach home and let us guide you through the incredible experiences that await during your stay.
As you enter, you'll find an open-concept living room, bar, and kitchen area, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a built-in bookshelf, flat-screen TV, and a pull-out queen sofa bed. Adjacent to the living room, a bar area with seating for four and a coffee bar await, perfect for enjoying drinks and conversations.
Moving up two stairs, you'll discover the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six, and an additional bar area provides seating for two, allowing for enjoyable meals and socializing.
Further down the hallway, a full bathroom with a tub and shower offers a refreshing oasis. The main floor features a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a serene retreat for restful nights.
Step outside onto the deck through the sliding glass door, where patio seating invites you to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze. The deck also includes a dining table for six and a gas grill. In the backyard, cornhole boards, connect 4 game, fire pit, and a hammock add to the outdoor enjoyment.
Upstairs, the game room awaits, filled with excitement. Enjoy arcade games, air hockey, ping pong, a flat-screen TV with gaming, and a pull out sofa bed (full). Connected to the game room, two bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations. The bunk room features twin over full beds and a pull-out trundle, while the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a desk. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and double vanities.

This property we rented was our most pleasant experience while celebrating God’s Holy Days in Florida. The cleanliness of the home was fantastic. There was ample room for plenty of people to stay and even host friends and family for a gathering. The game room was as good as advertised. The beds were comfortable to secure a good nights sleep. We rented a golf cart to go to local businesses and the beach. There are no complaints about our stay and the host was prompt to address any concerns. We would absolutely stay here again!
