This property had plenty of space for my family. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was adequate w everything I needed to prepare meals. The location was great. Very close to the beach and quick access to other attractions.

Everything was nice. Staff did an excellent job with the cleanliness. Very comfortable. Great location.
The outside needs attending to. Could really use some landscaping done. We were not able to use the jacuzzi because there were no instructions on use, also it was dirty. The molding on the floor going into the kitchen and in front patio door was damaged and not attached to the floor. The bar b que grill outside needs to be updated. It’s old and we basically had to put it back together to use it.

Had everything we needed for 6 people. Graciously allowed 2 dogs low/no charge. Clean and neatly decorated. Fairly good neighborhood, no problems with privacy although housing is tightly squeezed. Cool a/c. All inside appliances worked. Convenient location. Beach Access #11 or #12 are closest. Enjoyed family vacation. Dogs were safe with potty in backyard. Would consider staying again if smoke was eliminated.
Immediate strong smell of old smoke throughout the home. To the point of sore throat and our towels smelling of it at the beach. Needs deeper cleaning. Dryer and garage door opener failed to work. Backyard was very congested with hot tub, too much lawn furniture and filled with grown weeds. Need to simplify. Livingroom wifi needed bedroom light on in order to work.
