Very nice condo - but in dire need of maintenance. One bed was broken. Cabinet door knobs broken/missing, door to the Master suite center coming off of both sides and filler block fell out. Advertised as having a hot tub but none there.

The vacation rental was very clean.

This was our second year in a row to rent this condo for our family vacation. We loved how spacious the kitchen and living room areas were for everyone to gather. One of the amenities we loved most last year was the hot tub on the balcony. It was one of the main reasons we decided to rent this condo again. Upon arrival this year though, NO hot tub, even though other units clearly still had their hot tubs. Disappointed is putting it mildly. Silverware is lacking. This unit sleeps 12, and there’s, at most, eight forks, spoons, and knives each. The ice maker doesn’t work either, and after an internet search, is likely because the water filter needs replacing. The kitchen faucet leaks intermittently as well. Bottom line is, this condo needs some attention ASAP. What’s the most bothersome though is the lack of transparency and communication regarding the removal of the balcony hot tub. It’s false advertising, plain and simple, and it’s NOT okay!The location of this condo is great if you’re looking for less crowds. It’s close to the marina and a state park, restaurants, and grocery stores. The fitness center is spacious with lots of equipment. Hidden Dunes is a wonderful complex we’ll keep on our list as long as we can reserve a unit with a balcony hot tub.
