Featuring 3 spacious rooms. Master bedroom comes brand new king bed and private balcony, personal office space with work desk and pullout sofa chair. Queen room comes with queen bed and twin trundle, a private balcony you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the outdoor furniture set overlooking a peak of the coast. Bunk room got 3 twin beds and a play area for kids.

The location is the best part for sure. Within a 3 minutes walk to the beach. The price is very reasonable.We really enjoyed the stay and location. It wasn’t a perfect stay but close.The issues we had, and nothing major or even anything that would deter us from ever staying at this location ever again: 1) the tread (stepping plates) on the steps to the upstairs rooms seem a bit shallow. Seemed like your foot was too big no matter who was walking on them.2) The Charcoal grill in the backyard was small and very very unstable like it was ready to fall apart. 3) Use caution while walking barefoot in the yard. There are stickers (sand burrs) in the backyard and the side yard (anywhere) there is actual ground not covered in decking or concrete.

Hostess was excellent, property was as described, amazing. You can sit on the back porch and look at the beach entrance! Everything is minutes away and the beach was great. St. Andrew's is a must!!! The beach is immaculate! Nothing like the other PCB beaches. Thanks to Mrs. Kara for opening her home to our family for a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I was happy with the beach vibe of this home and the location. The beach is 5 minute walk from the house if even. The owner is the sweetest and has very good communication! Book this if you want to have fun with friends and family with easy access the the beach.
