Location, reasonable rates, spacious, easily accessible to the beach, night life, restaurants and family entertainment areas were close by or within a few minute drive. Good full sized fridge, full sized dish washer, great to have washer and dryer. Plenty of towels. Good size bathrooms as well. Great size living room and kitchen with counter height eating area. Nice sized outdoor patio and decent sized back yard with a couple seating areas. Upon entrance, there was a convenient touchpad check-in/check-out board information center. Resident chicken was a bonus. Communication was excellent.
Outside Trash wasn’t empty prior to our arrival, floors needed swept and mopped prior to our arrival, outside shower was not working (would’ve helped keep a lot more sand out of the house), lots of cracks in flooring throughout the house that need replaced.
