About this apartment rental
Our beautiful surf shack inspired condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms right on St. Pete beach, which was named Trip advisor's No. 1 Beach in the U.S. in 2021 (and #5 in the world)! Our Spacious condo can sleep up to 6 guests.
We strive to offer you the best vacation possible. We offer beach and shower towels, beach accessories, a fully stocked kitchen, tempur-pedic mattresses, smart tv's, a desk for working from home, and a large balcony with incredible views.
The entire condo will be yours and you will have access to the condo grounds. This includes the pool, cornhole, and a private beach. We use a keypad for easy and safe entry.
We can only offer 1 parking space on the grounds. If you have 2 cars, the second car will need to be parked in the nearby neighborhoods.

Wanted to give this place 5 stars, but we had a few little hiccups. First off, the location is great, right on Upham beach. It has a pool and good AC, and the parking pass is super convenient because parking in that area was always full and you’d have to pay to park. When we got to the property, it had an extremely strong mold/mildew smell and it was very damp inside. We messaged Ben and he responded right away and told us to try plugging in the dehumidifier and see if that helped. Overall it did help a lot, the smell lessened but never fully went away and having to empty the dehumidifier constantly was a tad annoying. The next issue we ran into was the TV. It wasn’t connected to the internet properly and we tried everything to figure it out, but wasn’t successful. We messaged Ben and he asked us to send a picture so he could try to figure it out. At that point we just decided to use our laptop. The bed in the main bedroom was a metal frame and was SO squeaky. Every time my husband moved in the night, or got in and out of bed, that darn frame would squeak loudly. We would have slept in the other room but we had friends with us. The last little thing was the water pressure in the main bathroom was not the best, especially in the sink. Overall, the beach items were nice, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and it was in a great location. And Ben was very quick to respond! We would consider staying here again.

We had the best time! Loved this Condo! Super nice and updated. A bit of an older crowd in the pool but they enjoyed watching my kids swim and do tricks. Only downfalls were the distance to John’s Pass— about 20 mins drive where I could have sworn it said somewhere in the listing it was walkable. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Not a huge deal, though. We definitely hope to come back!

The communication with the owner made this trip all we could’ve asked for. My son uses a wheelchair and the owner went above and beyond to make sure he would have access to all the things we would need. We would stay here again!
