Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World, etc. Good restaurants are in abundance within a short walk or drive. Lots of diverse local shopping as well as excellent nearby Malls! For the beach lover- The beautiful gulf with its warm blue clean waters is at your back door.

Beautiful getaway above the sand, on the end of Sunset Beach. Everything inside feels new. The pictures and the location show the attention to the details. Thorough communication with the owner. A great place for us to gather, play, and relax.

This was one of the top properties I have stayed in. First the view is fantastic given the unobstructed180 degree window/door views of the beach Gulf side and Bay side. And lots of chairs on the wrap around lanai. You can hear the waves when outside and be out of the wind if desired. Unit is totally updated and clean. Lots of space inside the unit and a large dining room table to dine at or play games. Kitchen has about every piece of quality cooking utensil, cookware, and dishware you need. Even an air fryer and ninja chopper. We like brewed coffee and provided our own machine but they have a Krurig. Bathrooms were a clean and updated. Pool deck chairs were never an issue at the heated pool with full sun, and table umbrellas if desired. The residents are mature and pretty quiet, but grandkids seemed welcome. Beach is literally steps away with a shower and foot spray. Owner provided two beach chairs and umbrella. The beach is miles of walkable sand and shells galore. Several eating/drinking options were walkable for us. Closets with wood hangers were there and high quality, bath and pool towels. The location has secure access with key entry to the building and gated, covered parking. The only thing that I didn't like was the Ring doorbell camera outside the actual unit. With all the limited access and building security I am not sure why that is needed. The owner was very responsive when I had questions.
