Luxury Waterfront Sunset Beach

Great Location! We could walk to the beach! The boys fished off the dock. Easy driving to Johns Pass, Fishing charter, St pete’s. We enjoyed our stay! The only tricky part about the master bedroom and bath, is the shower is difficult to get in. would be easier with a step in and grab bars. I would definitely stay here again.

Yes it had everything we needed to make full breakfast of French toast, bacon, and eggs. The coffee pot was a quick brew, also had kerig but we like good old fashion coffee pot. The ice maker provided plenty of ice for our drinks and the farmhouse sink was awesome. There is counter space everywhere and gave us room to make treats for the teens.

This property was beautiful with an amazing view. Beach is walking distance. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back.

We found the house to be relatively clean on check-in. The rooms were as described and it was a good location to the beach as well as local restaurants and such. The house needs to some updates. While the kitchen was nice, the bathrooms really needed an upgrade as the showers we're inconsistent in their water delivery as well as the master bedroom shower was difficult to enter and in fact I caught my foot on the edge of the shower and tore some skin off the top of my foot. I would suggest a grab pole to enable people to actually enter the shower. In general we found the the house to have a great view, HVAC worked well but it was not a very comfortable house. Wooden chairs and not a whole place. Not a lot of places to gather inside the house. It was a decent value but I would probably never stay there again. I did get to take a Porsche for a ride so that was cool. Just kidding.
