About this house rental
NO COOKIE CUTTER RENTAL HERE!!! Our property features a most ideal location, atmosphere and combination of amenities you will struggle to find at any other beach property. In addition to that, the unique funky little residential island community of Sunset Beach, with its close proximity and easy access to large touristy type beaches cannot be duplicated. This is a two family house with separate entrances in the front of the home but has a shared breezeway indoors connecting the two units.
The downstairs unit is a three bedroom, two bath unit. This unit also has a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a laundry area.
The upstairs unit is a two bedroom, one bath unit. This unit also has a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a laundry area.
This is the ideal house for a large group or for two families traveling together.

The house was perfect for our family of 11 - six adults, two teens, a seven year old, four year old and an infant. If renting the both areas of property, I’d suggest children stay on the lower floor, as the spiral staircase could prove tricky. The pool was sparkling, the walk to the beach was easy. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfy. Several wagons and pool/beach toys. The area is quiet and safe. Lots of restaurant options and Publix is close by.

Absolute great location in a classic Florida beach house! Will definitely be back!!!! Lots of room, cool air while it was so hot outside, and excellent private pool!

We had an unexpected leak… owner was there immediately when notified! Great location, beautiful peaceful beach. Definitely will revisit.

What a great beach visit! The house was perfect for our party of 11. Plenty of plates, bowls, pots and pans, and glassware. The only thing missing was a griddle for pancakes, but we made due with a pan on the stove. We were steps from the beach, and there were pop up canopies and umbrellas available plus tons of beach toys, coolers and wagons that handled the sand with ease. The pool was so clutch as we had 1-year old and 4-year old who were too little to handle the ocean waves for very long. They enjoyed the pool water immensely.
