Newly Gorgeous Condo on St. Pete Beach.

Will definitely book again for next trip.

Wow! This was a great place to stay. We were either on the beach or in the pool most of the time and the views were amazing. If you bring binoculars you may see dolphin, at least we thought we did. And our 2 boys had fun picking up shells on the beach.While the listing mentions only one parking spot allowed per condo, we never had a problem finding a parking spot. In fact, we got the same parking spot for the entire week.A couple notes on the place as there are some quirks. The master bedroom king bed squeaks on the side closest to the bathroom. We got over it after the first night, but it is a metal bedframe, so to be expected a little bit. The TVs also seem to be a popular brand as the remotes for other units turned on our televisions in the bedrooms which was odd, but didn't happen that frequently. Also, the ice maker wasn't working, but ice trays are provided. For the property, the locks on the gates to the beach broke on the last day we were there, but it was very easy to walk around and the washing station for feet was very convenient.The great parts of this condo are plenty. The kitchen has a lot of the essentials for cooking and there were even some spices we didn't realize were there. This condo also has a lot of beach chairs and beach gear to have fun with kids. The kids loved the bunk beds and big bed in their room. Also, the owner is very responsive through the VRBO app. Check-in and Check-out were super easy. We'd stay here again!

Great place to stay for my family of 4

Wanted to give this place 5 stars, but we had a few little hiccups. First off, the location is great, right on Upham beach. It has a pool and good AC, and the parking pass is super convenient because parking in that area was always full and you’d have to pay to park. When we got to the property, it had an extremely strong mold/mildew smell and it was very damp inside. We messaged Ben and he responded right away and told us to try plugging in the dehumidifier and see if that helped. Overall it did help a lot, the smell lessened but never fully went away and having to empty the dehumidifier constantly was a tad annoying. The next issue we ran into was the TV. It wasn’t connected to the internet properly and we tried everything to figure it out, but wasn’t successful. We messaged Ben and he asked us to send a picture so he could try to figure it out. At that point we just decided to use our laptop. The bed in the main bedroom was a metal frame and was SO squeaky. Every time my husband moved in the night, or got in and out of bed, that darn frame would squeak loudly. We would have slept in the other room but we had friends with us. The last little thing was the water pressure in the main bathroom was not the best, especially in the sink. Overall, the beach items were nice, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and it was in a great location. And Ben was very quick to respond! We would consider staying here again.
