Piękny, funkcjonalny apartament z wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym. Czyściutko, wszystkie sprzęty AGD najwyższej jakości, bardzo wygodne łóżko. Lokalizacja na nowym, zamkniętym osiedlu 5 minut od plaży i tuż obok przystanku tramwajowego z którego można dojechać do centrum czy na dworzec. Parking podziemny. W bliskiej odległości sklepy popularnych sieci. Balkon z fotelami i stolikiem. Zimą w apartamencie bardzo ciepło i przytulnie. Polecam:-)
Dosyć trudna identyfikacja wejścia na osiedle po zmroku. Wchodzi się po szerokich schodach lub wjeżdza windą zlokalizowaną tuż obok schodów w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie Żabki. Brak numeru "lokalu" , nawigacja pokazuje możliwość wejścia z boku, a wejście jest tylko z przodu od strony ul. Krasickiego po szerokich schodach. Osiedle jest nowe i być może z czasem dane będą zaktualizowane.

Apartament znajduje się w genialnym miejscu, wystarczy przejść park i jesteśmy na plaży. W pobliżu żabka i cukiernia, potem centrum Brzeźna z marketem i przystankami tramwajowymi i autobusowymi. Sam apartament czysty i zadbany, duża łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Polecamy.
