- Location was great (5 min walk to a pvt beach) - Apartment was situated in a new, clean + modern building - Great restaurant just below with a Żabka in the same vicinity - there was a small playground for the kids

- A few minor amenities were missing but where quickly replenished after a phone call to management

Overall great property in beach front location

The property was lovely. Very specious and great standard. Great location. Short walk from the beach!!!

Would improve if there was a fan to use in hot days. There is no air-con in the property and tends to get really warm. Would be great if the manager improve slightly. Day before I agreed to collect keys around 1-2 pm which was great when travelling with small child. On arrival I had to wait till 3:30. Nothing major but would be great if communication and clarity be more adequate so we could have plan our day better.

Pobyt bardzo udany, chętnie przyjadę kolejny raz na to osiedle, ale do innego apartamentu

Apartament bardzo ładnie wykończony, bardzo czysty. Znakomita lokalizacja, blisko do plaży, parku, sklepów. Osiedle ciche i spokojne.

Bardzo dużym minusem jest brak klimatyzacji w mieszkaniu. W miesiącach letnich to może być olbrzymi problem bo mieszkanie jest bardzo słoneczne. Za mało ręczników. Mieszkanie oferuje tylko ręczniki kąpielowe po 1 na osobę. Brak mniejszych ręczników. Brak ścierki w kuchni. Ekspres do kawy jest zupełnie inny niż widoczny na zdjęciu apartamentu. Jest to zwykły ekspres przelewowy wymagający papierowych wkładów, których brak w kuchni. Bardzo słaby kontakt z obsługą apartamentu. Nikt nie odbiera telefonów, nie oddzwania pomimo takiej informacji na automatycznej sekretarce. Bardzo długo przetrzymywana jest kaucja(do 14 dni) zanim zostanie zwrócona.

Przyjemny apartament blisko moża. Uwaga na manipulacje cenowe!

ładny apartament w świetnej lokalizacji - nowe osiedle z punktami usługowymi i sklepami na parterze bloków. Cicha okolica, 200m do wejścia na plażę w Brzeźnie. Dobra dostępność komunikacji miejskiej. Dostępne podziemne miejsce parkingowe. Apartament przestronny, wygodne łóżka.

Słabe wyposażenie kuchni (tylko jedna kawiarka elektryczna, nie ma ekspresu przelewowego, który jest na zdjęciach. Brakuje też większej liczby sztućców czy szklanek). Apartament jest już trochę wysłużony - leciwa sofa i stolik w salonie. Dzieci, chociaż wyszczególnione w rezerwacji, nie otrzymały dużych ręczników. Dwa punkty odjąłem za fakt, że obiekt manipuluje cenami pobytu. Po modyfikacji rezerwacji tuż przed przyjazdem (zmniejszono liczbę osób faktycznie przyjeżdżających z 7 na 6 - cele statystyczne i podatek turystyczny - operacja wykonana na prośbę hotelu), faktyczna cena za rezerwację wzrosła, dlatego, że obiekt podniósł sobie w tle "opłatę za obsługę podczas pobytu" o ponad 10%. Stało się to bez ostrzeżenia i prośby o akceptację rezerwującego (a rezerwacja bezzwrotna). Reklamacja telefoniczna na Booking.com została zignorowana.

Ein gelungener Urlaub im Danzig

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, gut geschnitten. Großer Wohn; Küchen Bereich. Sehr schön, modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zwei ausreichend große Schlafzimmer, auch sehr schön. Modernes Bad, Toilette. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch Balkonbereich lud zur abendlichen Entspannung ein. Küche ausreichend groß mit fast allen nötigen Utensilien. Die ganze Anlage war extrem gepflegt, sehr schön angelegt mit viel Grün. In der Nähe ein kleines " Żabka" Lebensmittel Geschäft, geeignet für kleine Einkäufe.

Paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns gefehlt wie zum Beispiel kleines Handtuch zusätzlich zum großen Badetuch. Dann noch ein kleines Putztuch zum abwischen des Bereiches um das Waschbecken nach der Nutzung. Ein Toster in der Küche hätte uns gefreut und vielleicht Beschreibung über welche Kaffeemaschine die Unterkunft verfügt. Diesbezüglich haben wir an den Besitzer zwei Mal Email mit Frage geschickt, die blieben aber ohne Antwort. Deshalb haben wir unnötig ein Kilo Kaffeebohnen mitgeschleppt, die wir leider nicht nutzen konnten. Was einchecken und auschecken, sowie Zahlung betrifft, war ein SMS Kontakt vorhanden.
