Duża przestrzeń i wszystkie potrzebne przedmioty w zasięgu ręki, a w dodatku tak blisko plaży.
Z zewnątrz budynek nie zachwyca, lecz nie ma co się zniechęcać, bo w środku spełnia wszelkie potrzeby.

The only good thing was the location. Everything else was awful because there was such an unpleasant smell that we could barely go down to the bathroom in the basement, and it was impossible to sleep in the bed because of the smell of mold.
First of all, it was a small house with only one window, which we really did not expect. When we entered the house, there was an unpleasant smell, and it was impossible to even be in the basement, where the bedroom and bathroom were located—it smelled like mold. We couldn't even sleep—we had to sleep on the first floor with the window open, although that didn't help because it smelled bad on the first floor too, where we slept on the sofa. The carpet seemed dirty and smelly.
