Apartament obszerny, czysty, zaopatrzony w najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy, położony blisko plaży. Blisko przystanków i sklepów.
Pod prysznicem był zapchany odpływ, co skutkowało wylewaniem się wody na zewnątrz przy dłuższym laniu wody. Ponadto parking podziemny był pod innym budynkiem niż sam apartament.Ze względu na brak kodów do tamtej klatki, trzeba było wchodzić do garażu od strony bramy wjazdowej. Ale to już szczegół.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament mega czysto. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja pod samym obiektem przystanek tramwajowy można dojechać wszędzie

Ładnie urządzone mieszkanie. Możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania.
Dość słabo wyposażone mieszkanie widać znacząco zużycie szczególnie podłogi czy prysznic. Na krótki pobyt bardzo fajne miejsce na dłuższy odpoczynek może przeszkadzać słabe wyposażenie. Cena za dobę teoretycznie jakaś średnia cen obowiązujących na rynku, ale nocowaliśmy w okresie świątecznym w 100 metrowym dużo lepiej wyposażonym apartamencie na tym osiedlu większą ilością osób w znacznie lepszej cenie.
