    Overall, the hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious, and the views of the city side are great. The downfall is that the internet is absolutely atrocious, and I couldn't get regular cell service in the hotel either. Which made it even more frustrating as I was using a Cambodian carrier. The elevators are also tremendously slow and will pass you up multiple times before actually stopping. All things you can get over, and won't significantly impact your overall stay. Good location, a couple of good restaurants right below the hotel, and the 24-hour convenience store is great!

    Very handy location if you're visiting Phnom Penh and want to be close to restaurants and so on. City views or river views are both fine. Elevators work well. Good TV. Friendly staff. Just a couple of minutes walk and you're in the all the fun of the weekend Riverside "Walking St".
