Location The hotel is on Street 136, so it is very central and most things are within walking distance. Do note that the street is known for a lively bar and nightlife scene aimed clearly at an adult audience. For solo travellers and couples this is not an issue, but for families with children the street is only recommendable to a limited extent. The rooms The rooms were fine, clean and well maintained. My room, however, was awkwardly placed between two circulation areas: the room door opened onto the corridor on one side, while the opposite side had a large window front that did not face outside but looked onto the passage from the lift to the corridor. Daylight does come in, as the building behind that passage is open, but leaving the curtains open means that anyone walking past looks straight onto the bed. That same open design also lets noise travel freely from the corridor and from the floors below. On several occasions the noise from downstairs was audible in the room until late at night. There was no indication of this room layout at the time of booking. Hotel facilities I used the spa, which was well kept and very comfortable — a real plus of the hotel. The rooftop pool was closed for renovation during my stay. This was only communicated after I had booked, so anyone booking for the pool should check in advance. The staff The staff was attentive and considerate throughout, and consistently professional and friendly. Value for money Acceptable overall, though not a bargain. Conclusion Central location, a clean property, a very good spa and very good staff. Marked down for the room's position with the associated noise and lack of privacy, and for the pool being unavailable. 3 out of 5.

Location is not nice its located on the red district but the hotel is good. Its unfortunate the pool is under renovation. Room is nice and Breakfast is okay.

Hotel is great with a very courteous staff. Good amenities and room size is also good. Located near the beach and big market in the vicinity. Overall very comfortable stay.
